2 c Graham flour 1 c Whole wheat flour 1/2 c Sugar 1 t Salt 2 ts Baking soda 2 c Buttermilk Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sift together dry ingredients. Add buttermilk and mix thoroughly. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Place pan in the oven, immediately turn thermostat down to 350 degrees and let bake one hour. We are making the same recipe using 4 different types of flour: Bread flour, All-purpose flour, Strong flour and we are milling our own Whole-Wheat flour. Which one is the best? We shall find out together! We will analyze each loaf of bread and their characteristics.

Cooking with Graham - Bread Pudding - My Grandma's special recipe!
One of my favorite dishes of all time! This is the recipe my grandma uses for her homemade bread pudding. It's simple and easy to bake with very little prep/clean up. Breakfast, dinner, afternoon/school snack, and even desert it's always a good time for break pudding.
This is the recipe for bread pudding: 1/2 Cup white granulated sugar 2 whole eggs (I've learned letting eggs acclimate close to room temperature makes mixing easier) Mix sugar and eggs in large bowl till it looks like it does in the video 1/4th cup butter or 4 tablespoons melted butter (when using microwave be careful not to over heat!) 1/4th teaspoon salt dash of vanilla extract 2 cups milk (I prefer whole milk myself but to each his /her own) 1/2 - 1 teaspoon (depending on how much cinnamon you like : ) 4 Cups bread cubes (can use white or wheat bread, I like wheat but i believe we used white with this batch with most of crust trimmed off) 1/2 - 1 cup of raisins (this is optional, some people do not like raisins but I think it adds flavor and enhances the texture) Glass casserole dish Metal Baking pan (you'll add hot water about 1 inch worth inside of the metal pan about two cups. Then what you'll do is set the glass dish inside of this metal pan, this will prevent the bread pudding from getting really hard/ brown on the bottom. Trust me this is a great tip!) Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit I prefer baking it on the lowest rack of oven Bake for 30 minutes - need to make sure that most of the liquid is absorbed - if not bake for another 5 minutes When the knife comes out clean you know it's done!

INGREDIENTS Graham Layer: - 2 1/4 cup crushed graham or 24 crackers 1 pack (200g) is about 20 crackers so you get 4 from another pack - 1/2 cup melted butter - 3 Tbsp sugar
Cream layer: - 3 (250ml) pack Nestle all-purpose cream - must be chilled overnight - 1/2 cup condensed milk ( you can add more if you want it sweeter)
Mango layer: - 3-4 large ripe mangoes 2 cut into thin slices for the layering and the other one for decorating up top, can be cubed or thinly sliced its your choice!
