How To make Golden Pecan Pie
1 9 inch pie crust
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons flour
1 1/4 cups light corn syrup
3 eggs
1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- melted
1 cup pecan halves or broken pecans
Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, corn syrup, eggs, and vanilla; beat well. Stir in butter and pecans. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until center of pie is puffed and golden brown.

INGREDIENTS:

●1 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
●Filling:
●1/3 cup packed brown sugar
●1 1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
●1 1/4 cups light corn syrup
●1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla
●3 eggs
●1 1/2 cups chopped pecan halves
●2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Ingredients:
For the crust:
3/4 cup (170g) Butter, softened
1 3/4 cups (220g) Flour
1/3 cup (67g) Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
For the filling:
1½ cups (495g) Corn syrup, light or golden
4 Eggs
2/3 cups (133g) Brown sugar, dark or light
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
2 cups Pecans, chopped
Directions:
1. Make the crust: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 (22*23cm) baking dish with foil and set aside.
2. In a large bowl or in a bowl of a stand mixer, mix butter, sugar, flour and salt. Beat until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Meanwhile make the filling.
5. Make pecan pie filling: in a large bowl whisk corn syrup, eggs, salt and vanilla extract, whisk until combined. Add pecans and stir.
6. Pour the batter on top of the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes.
7. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate until set before cutting into bars.
