How To make Golden Lemon Chicken
4 Boneless chicken breast
-halves (about 1 lb) 1 Egg, beaten
All-purpose flour 3 T Butter or margarine
1 pk Lipton Recipe Secrets Golden
-Herb with Lemon Recipe Soup -Mix 1 c Water
4 Lemon slices (opt)
Hot cooked rice Dip chicken in egg, then flour. In 12" skillet, melt butter and brown chicken over medium heat 4 minutes, turning once. Stir in Golden Herb with Lemon Recipe Soup Mix blended with water, arrange lemon slices on chicken. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered 10 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened and chicken is done. To serve, arrange chicken and lemon over hot rice, then spoon sauce over chicken. Makes about 4 servings.

2 cup Chicken Stock
1 Nos Chicken Breast
Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Dark Soya Sauce
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 Nos Egg
½ Cup Maida
½ Cup Corn Flour
Oil For Deep Frying
2 Nos Lemon
2 Tsp Powdered Sugar
Salt To Taste
1 Nos Lemon Slices
2 Nos Green Chillies Slit
1 Tsp Chopped Ginger
½ Pinch Food Grade Lemon Colour
Oil
1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
1 Cup Spring Onion Bulbs
1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
1 Tsp Chopped Spring Onion
Method:
Reduce Two Cups Of Chicken Stock To Half
Butterfly The Chicken Breast Into Two And Cut Into Uniform Thin Slant Slices
Marinate The Chicken With Salt, Black Pepper, Chopped Garlic, Egg, Maida And Corn Flour
Heat Oil In A Pan And Deep Fry Till Crisp.
For The Sauce Add Lemon Juice Of Two Lemons In The Stock
Add Sugar And Stor Till It Dissolves
Add Salt To Taste, Lemon Slices Without Seeds For Two Minutes To Infuse Lemon Flavor
Add Slit Green Chillies And Ginger
And Reduce The Stock
Add A Pinch Of Edible Food Grade Yellow Colour.
Finally, Add Corn Flour Slurry To Make A Thick Sauce
Heat Oil In A Fry Pan Add Chopped Garlic And Cook Till It Is Golden Brown
Add Slices Of Spring Onion Whites And Toss On High Flame
Add Chicken, Sesame Seeds And A Ladle Of Sauce To Coat The Chicken
Finally, Add Spring Onion And Serve Immediately

How to make Lemon Chicken at Home in 20 minutes! Light and Flakey Chicken with Golden Lemon Sauce!
Love that restaurant lemon chicken but not the extra calories and bloating? This lemon chicken has limited ingredients but lots of flavors without feeling guilty! Give it a try and leave a comment!
Lemon Chicken Sauce:
2 freshly squeezed lemons
4 tbsp. sugar
1 cup of chicken stock or combine 1 cup of warm water with 1 tbsp. chicken bullion
2 tbsp. white vinegar
Remember to strain the sauce well and boil on medium high heat until reduced by half. Remove the froth for a golden delicious sauce. The sauce will thicken up more when it cools down (no need to add any cornstarch). You can always double the sauce and reduce more for a thicker and robust taste.
Chicken:
4 thinly sliced chicken breast (pre-seasoned with salt and white pepper or your choice) which I forgot to do in the video and instead added salt to the flour mix. I only used 1 chicken breast and cut it into 4 pieces because it was at least 2 inches thick. Always place the cooked chicken on a paper towel before cutting for a crispy flaky bite.
Batter:
Raw eggs
1/2 flour and 1/2 cornstarch
In a pan on medium high heat fry the chicken breast for 1-2 minutes on each sides depend on the thickness of the breast or your preference, chop chicken into pieces, add or toss in a bowl with lemon sauce, and serve!
Serving Size: 4
Prep/Cook Time: 20 minutes
Tips: Make the sauce first and then the chicken. Best to chop the chicken breast while hot, add sauce and serve right away for best flavors! Always make double the sauce, because you can always store it in the fridge and use it later on other dishes. All you have to do is warm it up in the microwave for 30 seconds!

The Golden Chicken With Lemon Souse ????
Bahan -bahan;
1 keping dada ayam (dipotong kecil & dibersihkan)
Sedikit tepung goreng ayam
2 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
1 biji lemon ????
4 sudu makan madu
4 sudu makan kicap cair
1 sudu makan tepung jagung
2 sudu makan minyak bijan
Cara memasaknya;
1. Potongan ayam yang telah dibersihkan disadur dengan tepung goreng ayam. Kemudian Goreng ayam sehingga masak.
2. Parut sedikit kulit lemon & perah jusnya. Bancuh tepung jagung dengan 1 cawan air & tuangkan ke jus lemon tadi. Masukkan kicap cair & madu, kacau sebati.
3. Tumis bawang putih & halia cincang sehingga wangi. Kemudian masukkan bancuhan tepung tadi, hirisan lemon, secubit garam & minyak bijan & masak sehingga kuah pekat.
4. Masukkan ayam goreng tadi, gaul sekejap & dah siap. ????
