Fresh Cherry Pepita Golden Couscous Salad

Ingredients
For Salad:
1 cup Golden Couscous cooked according to package instructions
2 cups fresh Cherries sliced in half and pits removed
1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds aka pepitas
1/3 cup Goat Cheese Crumbles
1/4 cup chopped fresh Parsley
For Dressing:
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
Add the cooled couscous, parsley and goat cheese crumbles into a large bowl.
Add the all the ingredients for the dressing into a cup with a tight cover, and then cover the dressing and shake vigorously to to incorporate.
Pour the dressing over the cherries and stir to coat all the cherries.
Add the cherries to the salad bowl and toss everything together to fully incorporate.

6 pieces of chicken ( legs and thighs)
Season with:
1 tablespoon (onion powder, garlic powder,
black pepper, chicken bouillon, green seasoning, minced garlic)
1/2 tablespoon (paprika, vegetable oil)
Salt and maggi to taste
Stew
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 large red onion
1/3 cup serrano pepper
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 cup diced bell pepper
1 cup diced red pepper
2 cups diced tomatoes
1/2 cup parsley
1 cup chopped carrots
1 tablespoon (green seasoning, minced garlic,
onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, chicken bouillon, paprika)
1/2 tablespoon oregano leaves
1 teaspoon pepper sauce (optional)
Salt and maggi to taste
3 cups couscous
4 cups of water
***Adjust measurements if necessary***

1 cuillère à café de sauce piment (facultatif)
Sel et maggi au goût
3 tasses de couscous
4 tasses d'eau

How To Make Couscous
To cook couscous, bring the liquid, olive oil or butter, and salt, if desired, to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Gradually stir in the couscous.
Remove the pan from the heat, cover with the lid, and let stand 5 minutes.
Before serving or using in a recipe, fluff the couscous with a fork.
