Love this Crispy Bubble Potato Chips! It's healthier without frying! Extremely Easy ! 3 Ingredients
No frying! New creative way! Super crispy bubble potato chips! Only 3 Ingredients!
* Ingredients
400g (3 pcs) Potatoes
1.5g (1/4 tsp) Salt
25g (2 tbsp.) Unsalted butter
Bake at 170 ° C (340 ° F) for 45 minutes
Important tips.
1. There are 3 smaller potatoes needed, you can also use 2 larger ones
2. If you want to boil the potatoes, it takes about 8 minutes, both steamed and boiled potatoes need to be drained of water.
3. Need to sieve, so the mashed potatoes are very delicate, you can also use a scraper to scrape and press on the board
4. The size of the mashed potatoes I squeeze is about 2-2.5cm in diameter, not larger than 3cm. There is no hollow inside if it is too large. If the size is too small, then the baking time needs to be adjusted.

How Chefs In The NBA Bubble Make 4,000 Meals A Week | Big Business
Alexia Grant, aka Chef Lex, was one of 10 chefs invited to cook for players inside the NBA bubble. From her kitchen at Disney World, she launched the pop-up restaurant Comfort Kitchen, specializing in Caribbean and Southern comfort food. Since, she's cooked for players from every team in the bubble, including the Miami Heat, the LA Lakers, and the Denver Nuggets. But cooking under strict quarantine isn't easy. She can't leave the bubble to do her own shopping and has to rely on runners to deliver her food to the players in the inner bubble.

Fried Shrimp / See it first on TikTok guys
This jumbos ware really great.
Check it out our brand new Soup song here in first hand before we release to the whole world and let me know if you like it or not:
Let's fry some jumbos from the sea.
You will need a pond of shrimp.
Add 1 tbsp of yellow mustard.
1 tbsp of Hot pepper sauce
2 beaten eggs
Mix well all the ingredients.
Set a side.
Move on. Kapeesh!
For your dry mix, you will need:
1 cup of flour
1 tbsp of onion powder
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of creole seasoning
1 tsp of brown sugar
1 tsp of smoked paprika
1/2 tbsp of salt
Mix it all together.
Grab your jumbos, remove some of the excess and add to your dry mix on a plastic container.
Shake it really violently, like a real italian. Good!
Set your fryer to 375 degrees.
Set your jumbos very gently so you don't burn yourself by spilling hot oil all over.
Fry it for 2 and a half minutes.
Done.
