1/2 c SHORTENING
1/2 c SUGAR
1 ts SALT
2 pk YEAST
2 x EGGS, BEATEN
5 c FLOUR
1/2 c SUGAR - ADDITIONAL
1/2 c brOWN SUGAR
1 tb CINNAMON
1/2 c MELTED MARGARINE
1/2 c CHOPPED NUTS (OPTIONAL)
MIX MILK, SHORTENING, SALT AND 1/2 CUP SUGAR IN A BOWL. LET COOL TO LUKEWARM. SPRINKLE YEAST OVER THE MIXTURE. ADD EGGS AND 4 CUPS FLOUR. MIX INTO A SOFT DOUGH. ADD FLOUR TO KEEP FROM STICKING. TURN OUT ONTO FLOURED BOARD AND KNEAD FOR 8 TO 10 MINUTES. PLACE IN GREASED BOWL, TURNING ONCE, COVER AND LET STAND TILL DOUBLED. PUNCH DOWN AND LET SIT FOR 2 MINUTES. COMBINE REMAINING SUGAR, CINNAMON AND brOWN SUGAR. brEAK DOUGH INTO WALNUT SIZED BALLS. ROLL IN MELTED MARGARINE AND THEN IN CINNAMON MIX. PLACE BALLS IN GREASED TUBE PAN. LET RISE ABOUT 45 MINUTES. BAKE AT 350 DEG F. FOR 40 MINUTES. NOTE: SERVE BY LETTING EVERYONE brEAK OFF PIECES RATHER THAN CUTTING. -----

- 160ml Milk
- 4g (1tbsp) of instant dry yeast
- 15g of sugar
- 200g (1, 1/2cup) of All-purpose flour
- 1tsp of salt
- 25g of unsalted melted butter
- 100 gr Mozzarella cheese
Ingredients for Garlic Sauce:
- 3 tbsp of unsalted butter
- 1/2 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 30g Mozzarella cheese

???? METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. Add 160 ml of milk, 4 grams of instant dry yeast, and 15 grams of sugar. Mix well.
2. Then add 200 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 25 grams of melted butter. Mix until the flour is no longer visible.
3. Let it ferment in a warm place until it doubles in size.
4. Divide the dough into 15 equal parts and shape them into balls.
5. Cover them with plastic wrap and let them rest for 20 minutes.
6. Fill each ball with cheese.
7. Shape them and place them in a baking tray.
8. Let them rest for 30 minutes.
9. Bake at a temperature of 180℃ (356℉) for 10-12 minutes.
10. Prepare the garlic sauce: mix 3 tablespoons of softened butter, 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic (you can add more if desired), 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
11. Remove the rolls from the oven and brush the garlic sauce on top.
12. Place 30 grams of mozzarella cheese between the rolls.
13. Put them back in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.

10분 동안 기다리세요

따뜻한 곳에 30분 정도 두세요
우유 (생략 가능)
180℃에서 12 분간 구워주세요

7g(1/2큰술) 다진 마늘
15g (1 1/2큰술) Sugar 설탕
단맛이 싫으신 분들은 설탕을 조금 줄여 주세요
