Twix Tart | Chocolate & Salted Caramel Tart - Easy 2 Ingredient Chocolate Ganache Recipe Included!
Who doesn't love a Twix bar? Twix has been a cult favorite for decades - the crunchy shortbread, the gooey caramel, and the perfect chocolate coating makes for the perfect treat.
This tart is like a blown-up, gourmet version of your favorite chocolate bar. All the same flavors, but in a delicious, sophisticated dessert ???? Plus, it's so easy and quick yet so elegant, everyone will think you're the next Masterchef ????
Seriously though, you don't wanna miss out on this 2 ingredient ganache recipe, once it sets, the smoothness is UNREAL. But beware, you will want to eat a bowl full of ganache by yourself, don't blame me for that! ????

Makes one serving
Salted Caramel:
- 12ml
- 50gm sugar
- 45ml liquid whipping cream
- 12gm butter
- Pinch of salt
Chocolate Ganache:
- 50gm milk chocolate (unmelted)
- 100gm hot liquid whipping cream
*For the tart base, use any shortbread tart base dough, you can find my recipe here ????????
Tips:
- You can use a tart ring/pan of ANY shape/size. Don't restrict yourself if you don't have the same one I used. It will taste amazing, regardless of the shape/size. If you are using a larger tart ring, don't forget to double or triple the quantity. In case you're interested, here's the tart base I used ????????
- While making the caramel, don't use a spoon to mix the water and sugar when melting, and this can cause the sugar to crystalize. Swirl your pan around it you feel like it needs to be mixed a little bit, but DO NOT use a spoon
- Keep an eye on the sugar at all times as it can burn very easily. Make sure to add the cream as soon as the mix turns golden
- The caramel might thicken once cooled, melt it in the microwave to pour it easily into the tart
- The chocolate for the ganache does not have to be melted, the heat of the cream will melt the chocolate. I already had some melted chocolate on hand so just decided to use that
- When heating the cream for the ganache, make sure it does not reach boiling point, as that can cause the cream to split
- If your ganache has air bubbles after you pour it in the tart, just pop them with a toothpick

Bringing to you a no-bake, no-steam and eggless caramel pudding recipe, because sometimes all you need is simplest of desserts to bring you joy ????????????
Made with only 4 ingredients this melt in mouth pudding is the perfect way to beat mid-week blues ????????????????
Ingredients:
✨2 tbsp sugar
✨1 tbsp water
✨1/4 tsp vinegar
Custard
✨1/2 cup + 2tbsp milk
✨1 tbsp sugar
✨1 tbsp custard powder
Method
1. Add sugar, water and vinegar in a pan and heat without stirring till a nice amber coloured caramel is achieved.
2. Carefully pour the caramel into a ramekin.
3. While the caramel cools, combine milk, sugar and custard powder in a saucepan set over medium heat and whisk continuously so no lumps form. Continue cooking the custard and remove from heat once it starts to thicken.
4. Pour the custard on top of the caramel and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until the pudding sets completely.
5. Once the custard is set, demould it carefully on a plate and enjoy!
