5 cups (about 1 lb., 5 1/4 oz.) all-purpose flour, plus more for baking sheet; 2/3 cup granulated sugar; 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder; 1 teaspoon kosher salt; 1/8 teaspoon grated whole nutmeg; 5/8 teaspoon ground cardamom, divided; 1 1/2 cups (12 oz.) very cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces; 1/2 cup chopped crystallized ginger; 2 teaspoons lemon zest; 1 cup chilled mashed roasted sweet potato; 3/4 cup cold buttermilk; 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. heavy cream, divided; 1/4 cup turbinado sugar

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 tbsp ground ginger
• 1 tbsp ground allspice
• 100g butter
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 tbsp baking soda
• 1 tsp pink salt
PROCEDURE :
First, sift the flour, ground ginger,ground allspice, salt and baking soda. Add in the slice butter into flour until it reach to like breadcrumbs. Then stir in the sugar and mix and the buttermilk to combine. Knead a couple of times to bring the dough together and form into triangle and slice into triangular shapes. Bake 8-10 minutes until the edges brown.Serve hot .
