How To make Gf Maple Bean Tarts
24 Gluten-fr.unbaked tartshells
FILLING 1 c Cooked white kidney beans
1/2 c Maple syrup
2 Eggs
1/3 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c Raisins
NOTE: Gluten-free pastry made with bean flour is lower in fat than regular pastry. Combine all ingredients except raisins in a food processor or blender. Divide raisins evenly among tart shells. Pour filling over raisins, filling medium-size tart shells 3/4 full. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling set. Makes 24 tarts. 1 tart = 131 calories, 1/2 starch, 1 fruit, 1 fats & oils choice 5

I know, I know. You're confused because you thought my favourite was Eton Mess? Well the truth is that I find it very hard to decide what my favourite dessert is but THIS, my friends, is UP THERE! It's a real classic and, with a little help from my pal Felicity Cloake, I have got the perfect recipe for Treacle Tart.
Recipe -
One batch of my Shortcrust Pastry -
an egg for the egg wash
140g brown bread crumbs
60g butter
400g Golden Syrup
35g black treacle or molasses
2 tbsp double cream
1 egg + 1 yolk
1 tbsp lemon juice
pinch of salt

Easy Vegan Raspberry Crumble Tart
Today I am going to show you how to make an easy but spectacular vegan raspberry crumble tart. I am super excited about this recipe. Mother’s day is coming up in just a couple of weeks, and this would be a wonderful treat to serve mom on Mother’s day. The tartness of the raspberries, the slight sweetness of the maple syrup, and the delicious pastry make this a culinary experience.
Unlike many tart recipes where you must carefully roll out the crust, we are simply going to press the dough into the form, add a filling, and sprinkle with extra crust on the top. Easy to make, beautiful to look at, and absolutely delectable to eat.

* 150g Ground Almonds
* 50g Roasted Chopped Hazelnuts
* 90g Rolled Oats, Gluten Free
* 100g Soft Pitted Dates
* 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
* 2 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
FOR THE FILLING
* 480ml Coconut Milk
* 120ml Plant-based Milk
* 70g Maple Syrup
* 1/2 tsp Agar Agar
* 3 tbsp Corn Starch
* 3 tbsp Plant-based Milk
* 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
* 1/2 tsp Turmeric
* A Pinch of Himalayan Salt
* 80g Plant-based Butter
FOR THE TOPPING
* Fresh Mixed Fruits (strawberries, blackberries, Kiwi, orange, raspberries and blueberries)
* 1/2 tbsp Ground Arrowroot
* 1 tbsp Water
* 75ml Pineapple Juice
I recommend a loose based 23cm tart tin.
