Homemade Garlic Loaf Pull Apart Bread, so easy and so delicious.
Crusty outside and super soft inside, buttery, garlicky and aromatic bread rolls on a loaf pan made it easy to tear off & munch by just pulling apart. ????
⁉️For some will find the dough too wet, add up flour if it needs it. Dough consistency may vary on absorption quality, protein amount and type of the flour, fat content of the milk, and size of the egg.
✔️Dough
1 cup [240 ml] fresh milk
1 large egg
3 tbsp [38 grams] sugar
2 tsp [6 grams] instant yeast
2 & 1/2 cups [320 grams] all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp [30 grams] butter / margarine

1/2 cup [115 grams] unsalted butter
1 & 1/2 tbsp [15 grams] minced garlic
1 tbsp [2 grams] parsley
1 tsp sugar

[INGREDIENTS]
Yeast Activation:
1/4 Cup Warm Water
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Dry Yeast
Knots:
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (Gehun ka aata)
Salt as per Taste
1/2 Tsp Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Ghee
Garlic Butter:
2 Tbsp Salted Butter
1 Tsp Garlic Paste
1-2 Tsp Chopped Coriander
[BAKING INSTRUCTIONS]
???? Kadhai/Cooker(No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 20-25 min.
???? OTG/Convection: Preheat at 200°C for 10 min. Then bake for 12-13 min.
