How To make Garden Punch
Ingredients
2
each
lemon balm, bunches, sprigs, on long stems, if possible
2
each
mint, bunches, milk-flavored, on long stems, if possible
1
each
pineapple juice, canned, OR 46 oz unfiltered apple juice or apple cider
2
each
lemon juice
1
each
lemon, cut in thin slices
1
water, sparkling, or champagne, to taste
Directions:
Gently wring the bunches of lemon balm and mint to release the flavor. Place in a large glass pitcher, cover with the juices and the lemon slices. Chill overnight, occasionally stirring and pressing down on the herbs with the back of a wooden spoon.
Pour into iced glasses with a splash of sparkling water or champagne and a sprig of fresh lemon balm or mint.
Makes about 10 4-oz servings.

June 11 is *King Kamehameha Day* in the state of Hawaii.
To make the 1% Acid Solution:
The Kamehameha Rum Punch can be found in Sippin' Safari and the drink hales from the Hotel King Kamehameha in Kona Hawaii. The original source for the recipe is House & Garden Magazine from 1964.
It's another drink with creme de mure (blackberry) and grenadine, but this one works well. I filmed this before making my own Grenadine ( but I would suggest using that recipe instead if you have the time. The acid-adjusted Pineapple Juice greatly helps balance the drink as well.
And finally, if you make your way to the Billfish Poolside Bar and Grille at the King Kamehameha Hotel, order yourself a Rum Punch and tell them Derek sent you. Ask them about the sacred land their hotel is built on. Aloha!

Sparkling Celebration Punch (Non-Alcoholic)
This fruity, fizzy punch is great for celebrating any occassion, any time of day! I've been getting a lot of requests for non alcoholic punches and I think you guys are really gonna love this one!
Peach, pineapple and white grape juice can do no wrong together in my opinion and a splash of sweet pear juice adds a nice subtle pear flavor.
These adorable frozen fruit kabobs keeps the punch super cold and makes a great lil snack afterwards.

Summer Garden Punch - Novo Fogo Cocktail
Recipe:
fresh grapefruit peels
fresh rosemary
fresh blackberries
fresh strawberries
1 part Novo Fogo cachaça
1 part Aperol
1 part Lillet Rosé
1/2 parts Rhubarb Mead
1 part Monin Watermelon
Stir all the ingredients, then nuke them in the microwave for 3 minutes! Strain, store in bottle and serve!

- 3 oz Naked Mighty Mango Juice
- 6 oz PomMango

Mix first five ingredients.

Celebrate with bubbly - Perrier, that is - with this show-stopping punch recipe fit for holiday festivities. Cranberry ice cubes add seasonal charm.
RECIPE
Serves 10-12
* 1 cup of diced pineapple
* 2 cups of frozen cranberries, divided
* 32 oz. pineapple juice
* 24 oz. cranberry juice
* 16 oz. ruby red grapefruit juice
* 12 oz. rum
* 12 oz. Perrier Lime
* Cinnamon sticks
In a punch bowl with ice, combine 1 cup of frozen cranberries and pineapple. Stir in pineapple juice, cranberry juice, ruby red grapefruit juice, and rum. Top with Perrier Lime. To serve, slice reserved frozen cranberries in half and use alongside ice cubes in each glass. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
