Kidney stone can occur in kidney ureter, bladder and urethra, it is formed of many minerals and salt like calcium, sodium, phosphate, magnesium, oxalate , Cysteine stone.
These small particle clum together and crystallize to form kidney stone in acidic and basic urine.
Avoid ....
We should not eat vegetable like tomato, etc, and green leafy vegetable like , spinach, mustard, ,Nuts as kaju, badminton, Raisin , kiwi, strawberry etc.
Avoid coke Pepsi .
Avoid sodium rich foods as papad, chutney, Pickles, readymade packages foods
EAT ....
To prevent kidney stone we should to drink lot of water.3 -4 litre per day.
Lemonade , Orange ???? juice, coconut water ????,
We should dip the vegetables thoroughly and change the water after half an hour.
We should take calcium rich food like milk, egg, yogurt, pumpkin etc.
So that calcium bind oxalate and neutral extra oxalate to reach in kidney,
