How To make Fruited Beef Curry Casserole
2 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 ea Lg. Onion, Chopped
1 ea Med. Green Pepper, Chopped
2 tb Cooking Oil
1 ea Slice Whole Wheat Bread
1 c Milk
2 ea Large Eggs
1 ea Lg. Apple, Chopped
1 c Chopped Dried Apricots
2 tb Curry Powder
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1 x Curry Condiments
Cook onion and green pepper in oil in large frying-pan until onion is transparent. Add ground beef and brown lightly. Pour off drippings. Soak bread in milk. Add eggs, apple, apricots, curry powder, salt and pepper to beef. Add bread and milk. Mix well. Place in 2-qt oven-proof casserole; bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees F.) for 45 minutes. Serve with curry condiments such as chutney, raisins, shredded coconut and sunflower seeds.

Fruited Pork Chops Recipe
Serves 6
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1½ tsp. dried oregano
¾ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. pepper
6 boneless pork loin chops (5 oz. each)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 (20-oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks
¾ cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
¼ cup raisins
Directions:
Combine flour, oregano, salt, garlic powder, and pepper
in a shallow dish; coat chops, one at a time. Turn dial to
Sauté and adjust Temperature to 275°F. Press Timer and
adjust to 5 minutes. Press Start. In the Inner Pot, cook
the chops in hot olive oil until browned on both sides,
about 5 minutes.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set pineapple aside.
In a bowl, combine ¾ cup of the pineapple juice with
reserved pineapple juice. Stir in ¼ cup water, brown
sugar, onion, and tomato paste; pour over chops in
Inner Pot. Sprinkle with raisins.
Turn dial to Slow Cook and adjust Timer to 4 hours.
Cover with the Glass Lid and press Start. Cook until
meat is tender.
Stir in pineapple chunks. Adjust Timer to 15 minutes.
Cover with the Glass Lid and Press Start. Continue to
Slow Cook until pineapple is heated through.

Hello! Today I'll be showing you how I made this delicious Nigerian style vegetable soup. This is the only vegetable soup you need. It is made with Ugu(Fluted pumpkin leaves) and Waterleaf.
Ingredients for this soup are
2 small bundles Ugu
1 Bundle Waterleaf
1kg Goat meat
1 Pomo(Cow skin)
1 dried Catfish
Stockfish
2 Seasoning cubes
3 Yellow pepper
4 Red Habanero
1 cup Crayfish
Salt to taste
1 Onion
Ugu is a vegetable that is rich in antioxidants, it is high in fiber which helps keep you full for longer.
