Directions:
Use slow cooker to thaw and raise bread. It gives it a beautifully brown crusty round loaf. Generously grease frozen bread loaf. Place in completely greased baking pan. Place pan in pot, cover and heat on low 2 to 3 hours, or until bread is thawed and starting to rise. Turn to high and bake 2 to 3 hours or until it is brown and tests done.

Instant Pot for Bread Rolls - How to Rise dough Tip
Use the instant pot to speed up the time to thaw frozen bread rolls.
You can use the yogurt setting and set time for 145 minutes (equals 2hrs 25 minutes) OR you can use the Slow Cooker setting, make sure to adjust temperature to “less” which equals “low” and set time to 2.00hrs, however you don’t need the full two hrs the dough had risen around 1hr and 35 min.
You don’t want to use a pressurized setting when making a yeast dough.
Pre-hear Oven to 350 about 20 minutes before dough has risen and bake for 15 to 20 and golden brown. I did say 10 minutes in video, that was a mistake.
I like to take melted butter and brush the rolls. You can add some extra flavor by sprinkling a little flake salt and dried rosemary or garlic powder and fresh parsley.

300g All-purpose flour 2cups
3g Salt 1/2tsp
3g Baking soda 3/4tsp
270g Buttermilk 1cup+3tbsp
At 425 F/220 C bake for 20-25 minutes
1cup=250ml 1tbsp=15ml 1tsp=5ml
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. preheat the oven to 425F or 220C
2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
3. Stir in the buttermilk until it's combined
4. Transfer to a work surface lightly dusted with flour and shape into a ball about 2 inches in height.
5. Place the dough on the prepared baking pan and use a very sharp knife to cut a deep cross in it.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes
6. Transfer to a wire rack and leave to cool completely.
7. Enjoy!

Bread dough
1/2 cup warm water
1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
1 cup beer
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbp sugar
1tbsp dry malt
3 1/2 cups all purpose or bread flour
1/2 cup mix ins
Rise 1 1/2 hours
Form loaves
Freeze or proof 1 hour
bake at 400 degrees 10 - 15 minutes
