How To make Frozen Bread Dough Pizza
1 c Cubed; cooked ham
1 c Cubed swiss or cheddar
-cheese 1 c Diced pepperoni
1 c Cubed hard boiled egg (4
-eggs) 1 tb Grated parmesan cheese
2 Eggs; beaten
1 Bread dough
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Press out dough. Pour filling in center. Fold over. Press edges. Let rise on cookie sheet 20 minutes. Prick with fork. Brush with butter before and after baking. Bake 35 minutes, covered with foil. Bake 15 minutes, uncovered. -----

Can You FREEZE A Bread Dough?
In this experiment I want to show You whether it's possible to freeze and then bake a bread dough. The sourdough has been frozen for a week and will be baked right out of the fridge. If this worked, then you could just make a large batch of dough and unfreeze it whenever you want to have fresh bread. Let's try this.
Recipe:
- 350g of bread flour
- 50g of whole wheat flour
- 300g of water (75%)
- 40g of sourdough starter (10%)
- 8g of salt (2%)
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients
- Knead a lot
- Extract a small sample from the dough
- Once the sample reached around a 50% size increase, shape your bread
- Proof until finger poke test almost passes
- Freeze the dough

Ingredrients:
□Free Fermented dough (poolish):
□ Warm water 300 ml or grams
□Type 00 flour 300 grams or 2 1/4 cups (you can use all purpose flour.
□Instant dry yeast 5 grams or 1/2 tbsp
□ honey 5 grams 1/2 tbsp or (sugar)
□Main Dough:
□Type 00 flour 1,250 grams ( 9 2/3 cup)
□warm water 700 ml
□salt 40 grams 2 tbsp
□ Free fermented dough
Note: if you are using cups measurement use tbsp to measure you flour. put flour on your measuring cup using tbsp then level it. to avaoid adding too much flour.
□Homenade pizza sauce:
□Tomato paste 1 can (6 oz)
□ water 3/4 cup
□ onion powder 1 tsp
□ dried basil 1 tsp
□ garlic powder 1/2 tsp
□oregano 1/2 tsp
□ salt
□grated cheese
*In a saucepan put all of the ingredients except cheese. whisk to combined.
*Heat on low medium heat continue stirring until it bubbly.
* Turn of the heat at pur the cheese whisk until cheese melt.
*Let it cool
Toppings:
*You can use whatever toppings you like.
*Mozarella cheese
*Olive oil
Oven temperature: maximum heat. (250°c) Or 500 F°
Baking time: bake the pizza dough first for 10 minutes or until the side of the dough is light golden brown. then put toppings at cheese and bake again until the cheese melt.

Stromboli / boli recipe. Can add the ingredients you like.

How to Make Italian STROMBOLI ~Frozen Bread Dough Boli Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
2 loafs frozen bread dough
Coat bottom of bowl with oil , place loaves and cover.
Thaw and double overnight.
Place on flour surface and gently knead from the center out on
both sides. Roll to desired thickness with rolling pin.
1 cup Favorite pizza or marinara sauce
1 1/2 to 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
green scallions
pepperoni slices - I am using Turkey pepperoni
egg wash
Ricotta cheese mixture:
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 egg
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp parsley
3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese from above -
reserve rest for topping
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Spread a layer of pizza / marinara sauce in middle of rolled
out dough. Do not cover the edges as they will be sealed.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan. Sprinkle with scallions.
Add mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
Brush edges with egg wash.
Gently and carefully fold over end making a half moon.
Press down the edges with your fingers and roll over and press
to seal.
Drizzle with olive oil and rub in with hands. Cut some 1/2 to
3/4 holes with knife on top to make vent holes.
Place on foiled bake sheet.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, turn baking sheet 180 degrees, turn down heat to 375 degrees and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting..
Enjoy.
