How To make Frozen Bread Caramel Rolls
2 ea Loaves froz bread (16 oz ea)
4 oz Butterscotch or vanilla
Pudding mix NOT instant 1/2 c To 1c brown sugar, packed
2 tb Milk
1/2 c Butter or margerine
1 ts Cinnamon
Thaw frozen bread. Break up one loaf in bottom of 9x13 pan. Melt butter and add brown sugar, pudding mix, and cinnamon. Mix all together and pour half over bread. Bread second loaf on top, cover and pour remaining mixture over. Let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk, or overnight in the frig. When risen, dough should reach the top of the pan. Dough (MAKE TWO SEPARATE BATCHES!!!!!)-
- 1.5 cups (375g) whole milk
- 2.25 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1/4 cup (52g) granulated sugar
- 4.25 cups (640g) all-purpose flour
- 1.25 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 2 large eggs
- 6 tablespoons (82g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
Glaze-
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
Spiced Sugar-
- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
Rum Caramel-
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup cold butter, cubed
- 5.5 tablespoons dark rum
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cinnamon stick charred
Sesame Parmigiano Garlic Monkey bread:

Dip:
- 1/2 cup melted SALTED butter
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup finely chopped garlic
- 2 cup parmigiano reggiano, finely grated

2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
for the caramel sauce:
6 Tbsp butter (85g*)
1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar (220g*)
3 Tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup pecans (110g*)
