The only thing better than a rich, fudgy brownie is a rich, fudgy brownie made with brown butter. These brown butter brownies have the most incredible fudgy texture and that signature crackle top!

Items Needed: Brownie (8 Circle) Red Gum-balls Raspberries Green Frosting Mini Candy Canes Christmas Sprinkles Mini Twisted Pretzels White Choco Chips Wilton Tip 1M
Method: 1. Bake your favourite brownie recipe in a 8 spring-foam cake pan 2. Allow to cool, and then chill the brownie in the fridge for a few hours (will make it easier to cut) 3. Remove the brownie cake from the fridge, and then cut 8 equal 'slices' 4. In a microwave-safe dish, melt about 1/4 cup mini chips to use as glue

5. Using the melted chocolate as 'glue' attach a mini twisted pretzel on each side of the brownie slice as 'antlers' 6. Take two white chocolate chips, pointy side down, press into the brownie slice as 'eyes' for the reindeer 7. Pipe a small dot of melted chocolate onto each white chocolate chip, as the 'pupil' for the eyes. 8. Using the melted chocolate as 'glue', at the tip of the brownie slice add either a raspberry or a red gum-ball as the 'nose' of the reindeer. 9. Repeat for every other brownie slice (4/8 should be decorated as reindeers)

10. Place the Wilton Tip 1M in a piping bag. Fill the piping bag with your favourite frosting (dyed green) 11. Frost the brownie slice, start from the pointy end, and make a zig-zag motion till you reach the bottom. 12. Take a mini candy cane, cut off the the curved portion, so you are left with a straight mini candy cane. 13. Carefully, insert the straight mini candy cane into the brownie as the truck of the Christmas Tree. 14. Add Christmas Sprinkles. 15. Repeat for every other brownie slice (4/8 should be decorated as Christmas Trees)
Nothing says Christmas like a bauble laden tree but better yet, we’ve made ours edible! We didn’t think pine would taste great in a brownie, so we’ve made them chocolate orange flavoured. Get the whole family involved with decorating their own trees – don’t forget the star on top! Find the recipe here:
