1 lb Ground beef 1 ds Onion powder
1/4 c Grated cheese 1/2 c Bread crumbs
1 tb Oregano 1 tb Parsley
1 ds Garlic powder 2 Eggs
Mix all ingredients together and form balls. Coat a large skillet with non-stick olive oil spray. Fry meatballs for about 10 minutes or until nice and brown. Store in an airtight container & refrigerator until ready to use, or drop immediately into tomato sauce and cook until sauce is heated through. - mixed minced beef and pork equally - 300 gr
- bun or white bread - 80 gr
- milk - 150 ml
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1 clove
- Parmigiano Reggiano cheese - 20 gr
- egg - 1 pc.
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- black pepper
- parsley
- sunflower oil for frying - 250 - 300 gr

ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 lb pork sausage
4 slices of bread
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2-2/3 cup
4 cloves garlic
tomato sauce
1 yellow onion
4 cloves garlic
2 28 oz can tomatoes
2 tsp ground fennel
3/4 cup water
salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp oil
In a large bowl, add diced bread and water. Mix and mash together and once a paste forms, add the rest of your ingredients. Mix until thoroughly combined and shape into 20 even balls. Roll in flour and set on a plate.
In a large pot, over medium high heat, add two Tbsp of oil and brown your meatballs in batches. Set aside on a plate (they should not be fully cooked, only browned at this point). In the same pot, turn the heat to medium and add diced onions and garlic. Cook until softened and lightly browned 5-6 minutes. Then add tomatoes, water, fennel, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer and return your meatball with any juices. Simmer for 25-30 minutes until your meatballs are fully cooked.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve over cooked pasta. Top with Parmesan cheese and basil if desired. Enjoy!

600g Pork Belly (Remove Skin, Minced)
7-8 Shallots (Chop finely)
6-7 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
80g Ground Turnip / Sengkuang /
Pachyrhizus erosus or water chestnut
(Chop finely and squeeze the water)
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1.5 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 Egg
1 tbsp. Corn starch powder
3.5 tbsp All purpose Flour
Oil
Chili Sauce (For serving)
