And we will be needing a Food Processor.
METHOD…
01.in a medium size cooking pot Add some water
02.Drop the fish fillet
03.Add Salt
04.Bring it to a Boil for about 4 to 5 minutes
05.Set it aside and let it cool down
06.in a food processor we will Drop the Cooked fish
07.Add the garlic
08.Add the Onions
09.On the food processor and bring it to a paste
10.Take it out from a food processor and transfer to a mixing Bowl
11.Add the all purpose flour
12.Add the Baking powder
13.Add the Sugar and Salt
14.Add the 2 pieces Egg white
15.Combined and mixed it well and put it to the Refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
16.And its ready to make a Ball shape and return it back to the freezer for Overnight
17.In a deep frying pan put a half liter of cooking oil
18.Start frying the frozen fish balls.

Adobo/Inadobo − cooked in vinegar, oil, garlic and soy sauce.

Lumpia – wrapped with an edible wrapper.
Minatamis − sweetened.
Pinakbet − to cook with vegetables usually with sitaw (yardlong beans), calabaza, talong (eggplant), and ampalaya (bitter melon) among others and bagoong.
Paksiw/Pinaksiw − cooked in vinegar.
Pangat/Pinangat − boiled in salted water with fruit such as tomatoes or ripe mangoes.
Palaman/Pinalaman − filled as in siopao, though palaman also refers to the filling in a sandwich.
Pinakuluan – boiled.
Prito/Pinirito − fried or deep fried. From the Spanish frito.
Relleno/Relyeno – stuffed.
Tapa/Tinapa – dried and smoked. Tapa refers to meat treated in this manner, mostly marinated and then dried and fried afterwards. Tinapa meanwhile is almost exclusively associated with smoked fish.
Sarza/Sarciado – cooked with a thick sauce.
Sinangag – garlic fried rice.
Sigang/Sinigang − boiled in a sour broth usually with a tamarind base. Other common souring agents include guava, raw mangoes, calamansi also known as calamondin.
Tosta/Tinosta/Tostado – toasted.
Torta/Tinorta/Patorta – to cook with eggs in the manner of an omelette.

Homemade Korean Fish Cakes
Korean Fish Cake (Eomuk)
1/2 lb boneless, skinless white fish (cod, snapper, pollack)
1/4 lb squid, cleaned and skin removed
1/4 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 onion, roughly cut
3 garlic cloves
1 large egg white
3 Tablespoons flour ( add 1 Tbsp if more than 1lb seafood)
3 Tablespoons potato starch or corn starch ( add 1 Tbsp if more than 1lb seafood)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
Oil for frying ( vegetable or grapeseed)
Directions
Cut and prep the fish, squid and shrimp and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the fish and squid into chunks and add to a food processor. Add the shrimp, onion, garlic, egg white, flour, potato starch, salt, pepper, and sugar into the food processor. Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until the mixture turns into a paste, stopping and scraping the sides halfway. Transfer to a bowl.
Heat oil on high heat in a wok or large pan until it bubbles, then reduce heat to medium.
Use a mini cookie / ice cream scoop or a spoon to scoop up the mixture and carefully drop into the hot oil. To make cycling shapes, flatten some of the paste onto an oiled spatula and roll up from one side to the other using a butter knife and drop into the hot oil.
Working in batches, fry the fish cakes for 4-6 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to plate lined with a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Slice or place on skewers / toothpicks to serve as an appetizer with your favorite condiment or use for side dishes, soups or tteokbokki.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week or store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
