How To make Fried Chicken Breast
4 Chicken breasts, skinned
1 c Bread crumbs
1 ts Parsley
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Onion powder
1/2 ts Seasoning salt
1/4 c Non fat yogurt
1/4 c Flour
1 Egg white, beaten lightly
Mix dry ingredients in pie plate, place yogurt, flour and egg white in separate pie plates. Dip chicken in yogurt, then in flour, then in egg white. Roll in bread crumbs, coating well. I'm always on the run, so learning how to do that was important to me. I thought I'd share some clips on how I eat!
Just to be clear, you don't have to only eat chicken and rice to be healthy and fit. I make this because I love it and it can cook while I work around the house. There will be some heavier, creamier dishes later!
If you're worried about salmonella from rinsing your chicken, just wash your sink. My reasoning is that I don't know what touched the chicken before it was packaged. Yes you can kill bacteria and germs with heat, but there can also be various chemical, debris, and others. Plus, we should regularly clean our sink anyway. If you don't want to rinse, you don't have to!

►Brining Chicken
3 large chicken breasts (1.3kg or 2.8lbs)
1.5 tsp salt
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup hot sauce (Tabasco)
►For the Dredge
3 cups (360g) plain flour
2 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp celery
1 tbsp garlic
2 tsp onion
2 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp msg
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp oregano
►For the Wet Batter
3 large eggs
1 tsp salt
2 cup soda water
2 cups (240g) plain flour
Also, 2 cups flour in another bowl
►For Frying
1 litre oil
►For the Sauce
1/2 cup (150ml) buttermilk
1/2 cup (150ml) mayonnaise (recipe on the channel)
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp honey
Some fresh parsley
Serve with coleslaw (recipe on the channel) and fries
