INGREDIENTS
टमाटर - लाल मिर्च चटनी
लाल मिर्च - २०, मोटा आकार
लहसुन - ४० से ५० कलियां
टमाटर - ५, मध्यम आकार
खाद्य तेल – १/२ कप
हींग - १ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा - १ छोटा चम्मच
नमक - ३ छोटा चम्मच
नीम्बू का रस - २ चम्मच

Tomato Red Chilli Chutney
Red Pepper – 20
Garlic – 40 to 50 cloves
Tomatoes – 5, medium size
Edible Oil – ½ cup
Asafoetida – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Salt – 3 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 table spoon

Easy Mango Chutney Recipe | Mango Chutney

Mango Chutney
Ingredients:
5 Mangoes (pealed and small diced)
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup White Distilled Vinegar (5% acidity)
1 Tbsp Ginger (minced)
2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1-2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Red Chili’s
1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1/2 Tsp Coriander
1/2 Tsp Cumin
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Clove
Salt
*In a large pot on medium/low heat, add oil, garlic, ginger, and chilis. Sauté until fragrant.
*Add ground spices and cook until fragrant.
*Next add mangoes, sugar, vinegar, and salt to taste.
*Simmer for 1.5 hours until reduced and thickened.
NOTE: If the mango chunks are too big, you can use a potato masher and make them smaller.
*Store in a jar and refrigerate. Serve with any protein as a glaze, bread, cheese, or spread on toast etc…
