3/4 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1 t Baking powder
2 tb Powdered sugar (optional)
2 Eggs
1/3 c Water
2/3 c Milk
1/2 ts Vanilla
Mix dry ingredients, beat the eggs and add the liquid ingredients. Make a well in dry ingredients and add the liquids, combine with little mixing and ignore any lumps, they will take care of themselves.

Thin pancakes made simple. Easy and works always - you can eat these as breakfast, dinner or dessert, goes great with almost everything! Try with bacon and cheese or with cheery/strawberry jam! Amazing!

You will need:
- 3 Medium/Large Eggs
- Flour 60 grams / 2 oz
- Milk 300 ml / 10 oz
- Pinch of salt
- Oil for cooking
**TIP: You can replace milk with water, will turn out delicious too.
Method:
1. Beat eggs in a large bowl and add flour - mix well until even and without lumps.
2. Add milk to the mixture and mix well.
3. Let it rest for about 10 minutes.
4. In a pan add few drops of oil and pour in pancake mixture to only cover the bottom of the pan.
5. Cook both sides until golden brown.
6. Serve.
How to Make Crêpes (French Pancakes)

???? The ingredients to make crepes
Enough amount for about 14-17 layers of crepes (25cm | about 10-inch diameter)
• All-purpose flour: 150g | 5.3oz (1 1/6 US cups)
• Granulated sugar: 50g | 1.7oz (1/4 US cup)
• Salt: 1/2 tsp
• Egg: 200g | 7oz (About 4 large eggs)
• Unsalted butter: 50g | 1.7oz (About 4 Tbsp)
• Whole milk: 500g | 17.6oz (2 US cups)
• Dark rum: 1 Tbsp (or 2 Tbsp if you love it!)
• Melted butter for a pan: Some
** For best results, measure ingredients with a scale. All recipes are designed with weighed ingredients using grams/ounces. Cup measurements are provided for your convenience. **
