Ingredients:
For the crepes:
1 cup (125g) All-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon Sugar
1¼ cups (300ml) Milk
2 tablespoon (30g) Butter
Oil for cooking
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (optional)
For serving (optional):
Nutella
Cream cheese
Banana
Strawberries
Directions:
1. In a large bowl sift flour, add salt, sugar and stir.
2. In a separate bowl whisk eggs, vanilla extract and milk, until combined.
3. Gradually add the milk mixture into flour mixture and stir until incorporated and smooth. Pour in melted butter and whisk until combined. Let stand at room temperature for 15-30 minutes (or in the fridge).
4. Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat. Add butter or oil to coat.
5. Pour about 1/-3-1/4 cup of the crepe batter, swirling it to evenly coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter. Remember to grease the pan between ease crepe.
6. Serving suggestion: spread 1-2 tablespoons of Nutella, top with banana slices, fold and serve.
7. Serving suggestion 2: spread 1-2 tablespoons cream cheese/sour cream, top with strawberries, fold and serve.

Hey, friends! Today, I'm sharing the perfect French crepe recipe that's an absolute must-try. In a bowl, combine 8 ounces (230 grams) of all-purpose flour with 3 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Make a well in the flour and crack 3 eggs into it - whisk gently. Gradually add 17 fluid ounces (500 ml) of warm milk while whisking until it forms a smooth, thick batter. Remember, reserve some milk for later! Melt 1.5 ounces (50 grams) of butter and add it to the batter along with 1/4 teaspoon of vanillin and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for that extra kick. If you don't have vanillin, 2 teaspoons of liquid vanilla extract work just as well. Once mixed, pour in the remaining milk and whisk till smooth. Heat a non-stick or ceramic-coated pan over high heat, add a thin layer of batter, and cook until golden brown on both sides. Don't pour too much batter! These turn out thin and flawless. FLUFFY PANCAKE RECIPE
Ingredients
1½ Cups | 190g Flour
4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
2 Tablespoons Sugar (optional)
1 Egg
1¼ Cups | 310ml Milk
¼ Cup | 60g Melted Butter + more for cooking
½ Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Instructions
In a large bowl mix together the flour, baking powder and salt with a wooden spoon. Set to the side.
In a smaller bowl crack in the egg and pour in the milk.
Add the melted butter and vanilla essence to the egg and milk and use a fork to mix together until everything is well combined.
Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet. Fold the batter together with a wooden spoon until there are no longer any large lumps.
To cook the pancakes heat a heavy based pan like cast iron over medium low heat. When the pan is hot add a small amount of butter and ⅓ cup of the pancakes batter.
Cook the pancake for 2-3 minutes each side. Repeat with remaining batter.
Serve the pancakes stacked high with butter and maple syrup. Enjoy.
Notes
You can add other flavourings to the pancakes such as blueberries or chocolate chips. Add the extra ingredients at the same time as you combine the wet and dry ingredients.

CREPE RECIPE
Ingredients
1 Cup / 125g Flour
½ tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1¼ Cups | 310ml Milk
2 tbsp Melted Butter + extra for cooking
Instructions
In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the flour and salt together with a whisk.
In a seperate smaller mixing bowl whisk together the eggs and milk.
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients, a ¼ at a time, whisking together until smooth.
Pour the melted butter into the crepe batter and whisk until combined.
Cover the crepe batter with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge to rest overnight or if limited for time 1 hour.
Heat a large frying pan or crepe pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with melted butter and pour in about a ¼ cup of crepe batter. Use a crepe tool or tip the pan around to spread the batter evenly.
Cook the crepe for 30 seconds to a minute or until the top has set, flip the crepe using a spatula and your hands and cook for a further 30 seconds on the remaining side.
Serve your crepes filled with your favourite filling.

The main SECRET of Perfect French Pancakes is to mix all the ingredients correctly!
Hey there, today I've got a fantastic old-school recipe for French pancakes that's sure to impress. Start by combining 8 ounces (225 grams) of all-purpose flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Make a little well in the mix, then crack in 3 eggs.
Now comes the secret: slowly add 17 fluid ounces (500 ml) of warm milk, whisking gently as you go. It's crucial to pour the milk gradually to avoid any lumps in the batter. Once half the milk's in, whisk it all together, then pour in the rest.
Next, melt 3 tablespoons of butter and add that to the batter along with a hint of vanilla. Keep whisking until everything's smooth.
When your batter's lump-free and beautiful, heat up the skillet and pour in just enough to make a thin pancake. Once it's matte on one side, flip it for another 30 seconds or so.
These pancakes are incredible for stuffing with all sorts of goodness—meat, cheese, you name it!
