1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Butter
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c Ripe bananas; mashed, 2-3
1/3 c Milk
1 ts Lemon juice
1/2 c Walnuts; chopped
1 Clay flowerpot; new, 6 1/2"
Prepare flowerpot as follows: After washing, grease, line with wax paper, cutting to fit, and grease again. Mix flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream butter, then add sugar, eggs and bananas, blending thoroughly. Combine milk and lemon juice to banana mixture, alternately add flour and milk mixture, then stir in nuts. Pour mixture into prepared flowerpot and place in removable liner. Place liner in base. Cover with 2 to 3 paper towels. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours. Do not lift lid - NO PEEKING - until last hour. NOTE: A 2 lb. coffee can may also be used - but it's not as cute. -----

Bananna Bread Recipe
Buy some bananas at the store and before you and your family can eat all of them, they get too ripe. Never fear your answer is here. Banana bread is a great way to use up those old too ripe to eat bananas that are too expensive to just throw away.
The best thing is you can slice it up and throw it in the freezer just for those moments when you or someone in the house gets a taste for a nice not to sweet treat.

Bake with me - GF Vegan Banana Bread
What's up my favorites? Hope you'll love this recipe like I do!
Gluten free vegan banana bread
2-3 spotty bananas
5 dl/ 2,1 cups oats
0,75 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1-2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1,5 teaspoon pure vanilla powder
0,5 dl/ 0,2 cup milk of choice
0,5 dl/ 0,2 cup coconut oil
0,5 dl/ 0,2 cup agave syrup
1,5 tablespoon vinegar (I used ACV)
Oven: 175C / 350F
Mix all the ingredients and put in a bread tray or on a baking sheet. Bake for 35 min, turn off the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. I didn’t do that this time because I forgot and it still turned out great but it might be good for some reason.

SIMPLIFY SOURDOUGH SERIES: COZY DAY Sourdough Discard Banana Bread Recipe - OUR FAMILIES Favorite
This is our Family's most favorite Banana Bread recipe - I use Organic Cane Sugar instead of Brown Sugar and approximately 5 frozen bananas that have thawed. I also always bake it in a 9x13 instead of bread loaf pans - I HATE baking sweet breads in loaf pans - but that is just my opinion.
All Sourdough supplies I love are in my amazon link below.
Here is our Favorite discard cracker recipe:
1cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup sourdough discard
4 tbsp. unsalted butter, cold, cut into small cubes
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
6 sprigs of fresh thyme or rosemary
2Tb (up to 4 if needed) of warm water
put all ingredients in a food processor or blender until dough forms
cool in fridge for a hour
divide dough in half
roll out thinly as you can using parchment paper so it doesn't stick to your counter and you can directly place it on your tray- 1/8inch is what I shoot for.
Bake at for 15-18 minutes at 325 degrees.
Optional: add everything but the bagel seasoning to your dough or when crackers are done, bush lightly with butter and sprinkle it on the crackers and pop in oven for just a couple minutes
