Better than Doubletree Cookies Copycat Recipe
If you've ever checked into a Doubletree Hotel you know about the delicious warm chocolate chip cookies - and this is a copycat recipe that's actually BETTER - and you get to make them AT HOME whenever you want!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup unsalted butter melted
3/4 cup brown sugar packed
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 large eggs
3 cups chocolate chips use your favorite kind
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
Place oats in a small food processor or blender and grind until they turn powdery. Place them in a medium sized bowl and whisk in the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
Stir together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. (No mixer needed - just use a wooden spoon or spatula!) Stir in vanilla, lemon juice, and eggs. Stir until smooth, then stir in flour mixture. Mixture may be slightly lumpy because of the ground oats. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Line a cookie sheet with wax or parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Scoop 1/4 cupfuls of the dough into balls and place on the cookie sheet. You do not need to space them; this is just for chilling. Cover well with plastic wrap and chill at least 4 hours or overnight before baking.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place cookies well spaced on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Slightly depress each ball with the palm of your hand.
Bake for 13-17 minutes. Do not over bake - these are best a bit under done.

재료도 간단하고 반죽 만드는 방법이 정말 간단해서 금방 만들 수 있더라구요~
여러번 나눠 구워야 하지만 만드는게 재미있어 더 만들고 싶어지는 쿠키인 것 같아요~
간단하게 만들 수 있고 맛도 정말 좋아서 꼭 만들어 보셨으면 하는 쿠키랍니다~
맛은 쿠크다스와 비슷한데 더 바삭하고 고소한 맛인 것 같아요~
쿠키는 오븐에서 굽고 말랑할때 바로 말아야 하는데 많이 뜨거워서 조심해야 하더라구요~
굽는 시간은 오븐 사양에 따라 다른데 테두리가 살짝 구움색이 나는 정도가 좋은 것 같아요~

▶재료
중력분 35g
아몬드가루 30g
슈가파우더 75g
달걀흰자 2개 (약 70g)
녹인 무염버터 50g
바닐라익스트랙 3g
중력분 30g
코코아파우더 5g
아몬드가루 30g

댤걀흰자 2개 (약 70g)
녹인 무염버터 50g

▶레시피
1. 중력분, 아몬드 가루, 슈가파우더를 섞은 뒤 달걀흰자, 녹인 무염버터, 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞는다.
2. 반죽을 오븐 팬에 조금 올리고 숟가락으로 얇고 동그랗게 편 뒤 180도 예열된 오븐에서 5~6분 정도 굽고 뜨거울 때 젓가락을 이용해 돌돌말고 잠시 굳힌다.

RECIPE:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats, ground into flour
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 large eggs, room temperature
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts, chopped
In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients and whisk everything together until combined.
In a mixing bowl, whisk melted butter together with both brown and granulated sugar until fully incorporated, then mix in eggs, lemon juice and vanilla extract.
Once smooth, stir in dry ingredients, being careful not to over-mix, then fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Scoop 2-3 tablespoons cookie dough (golf ball size) onto parchment-lined baking sheets and chill for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
Remove from fridge, gently flatten cookies with your palm. Put back in the fridge until the oven comes up to temperature.
Preheat oven to 350º F and space cookies out on baking sheet so they’re at least 1 1/2 inches apart. (If the cookies are not chilled enough they will spread much more than desired).
Place baking sheets in oven and bake for 8-12 minutes (if on the smaller side; 5-8 minutes if smaller), or until golden. They should still be soft in the centers.
Remove from oven and let cool at least 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
