Alfredo Sauce Pasta Strips is one of the easiest and comforting pasta dishes to make at home. Everyone will love this creamy and rich Alfredo sauce with grilled chicken and perfectly combined with Mario’s Alfredo strips #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #Marios #MariosPasta

Serves 4-5
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Water as required
-Mario’s pasta Strips Alfredo 250g
-Cold water as required
Prepare Grilled Chicken:
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 2 tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Chicken fillets 350g
Prepare Alfredo Sauce:
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Mushrooms sliced 1 Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Cream 1 Cup
-Doodh (Milk) 2 & ½ Cups
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tbs
-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) 1/8 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
-In a pot,add water and bring it to boil.
-Add Mario’s pasta strips alfredo,mix well and boil for 5-7 minutes then strain & rinse with tap water & set aside.
Prepare Grilled Chicken:
-In a bowl,add garlic paste,lemon juice,cooking oil,black pepper powder,dried oregano,salt & mix well.
-Add chicken fillets & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
-Grease cast iron grill pan with oil,place marinated fillets and grill on low flame until done (4-5 minutes each side),let it rest for 1 minute then cut in cubes & set aside.
Prepare Alfredo Sauce:
-In a wok,add butter,olive oil and let it melt.
-Add mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes.
-Add garlic & mix well for a minute.
-Add cream and mix well.
-Add milk and mix well.
-Add black pepper crushed,garlic powder,white pepper powder,dried oregano,chicken powder, nutmeg powder,salt,whisk well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add cheddar cheese & mix well until cheese melts.
-Now add grilled chicken cubes,fresh parsley & mix well.
-Add strips alfredo boiled & give it a good mix.
-Garnish with fresh parsley & serve!

-Mario’s pasta strips alfredo dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 5-7 minutes kliya boil ker lein phir strain ker ka tap water sa rinse ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Grilled Chicken:
-Bowl mein lehsan paste,lemon juice,cooking oil,kali mirch powder,dried oregano aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken fillets dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein
-Cast iron grill pan ko oil sa grease karein aur marinated fillets ko grill ker lein (4-5 minutes each side),ek minute kliye rest dein phir cubes mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Alfredo Sauce:
-Karahi mein makhan aur olive oil dal ker melt ker lein.
-Mushrooms dal ker 2 minutes kliya fry karein.
-Lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Doodh shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Kali mirch crushed,lehsan powder,safed mirch powder,dried oregano,chicken powder,jaifil powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cheddar cheese dal dein aur melt ho janay tak ache tarhan mix karein.
-Ab grilled chicken cubes aur fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Strips alfredo boiled dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Fresh parsley sa garnish ker ka serve karein!

This is another episode in my series where I make my version of fake Italian food and even though this originated in Rome in the1890’s the Alfredo Pasta recipe dish is constantly recreated incorrectly outside of Italy – possibly even more than Carbonara!
Maybe one of the simplest dishes to recreate, its main attraction (when it was first invented) was actually the theatrical way it was served right at the table.

The beauty of a great Fettuccine Alfredo lies in the understanding of how to build a creamy sauce without the use of any cream. The trick is all in the technique and the use of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, pasta water, and butter to build an incredible sauce that coats every single piece of pasta perfectly.
