-cut into small chunks 1/3 c Raisins;
2 tb Walnuts; or pecans, chopped

Stir brown sugar and cinnamon into cooked oatmeal. Add apple chunks, raisins, and chopped nuts. Serve hot. INGREDIENTS I USED:
1 Cup Quaker Oats Quick 1-Minute Oatmeal
2 Cups Water
1/2 Tsp Salt or more
3 Tablespoons of Butter
1/2 Cup of Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon
1/2 Cup or More of Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer
1 Teaspoon or more Vanilla Extract

Don't know what to make for supper? Neither did I! ???????????? I finally decided on a cheesy beefy potato skillet, or something like that! Whatever you want to call it, it was good! ???? The next morning I make one of my favorite breakfasts! Creamy Instant Pot Oatmeal!
Cheesy Beefy Potato Skillet recipe:
2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2-3 potatoes, diced
1 can cream of potato soup plus half can of milk
1 can green beans, drained
1 cup shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste
dash of chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Cook onions, beef, and potatoes in a large skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. When beef is cooked through drain and then add the cream of potato soup, green beans, and milk. Add the chili and garlic powder. Top with cheese and place in oven at 350 for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Instant Pot Oatmeal:
1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Put all ingredients in instant pot and cook on the porridge setting for 6 minutes. Quick release pressure when cook time is up. Top with fruit!
