FOR FUDGY BROWNIES
100g chopped chocolates
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
FOR GANACHE
1 cup chopped chocolates
1/2 cup all purpose cream (or heavy cream
Chopped peanuts for toppings
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, start melting the chopped dark chocolate with the unsalted butter using a microwave or double-boiler. Stir until completely melted. Let it cool for a few minutes.
Once cooled down a little, add granulated sugar and brown sugar. Mix until combined. Then add eggs one at a time. Stir in between until all eggs are added and well-combined. Then add vanilla extract and salt. Mix well.
Using a clean finger, check if the sugar is completely dissolved. Once ready, sift the flour, baking soda, and cocoa powder. Make sure to sift properly to prevent lumping parts. Then give it a good mix once more.
Prepare an 8×8 baking pan greased with butter or oil. Line with parchment or baking paper for easier unmolding.
Then, gently pour the brownie mixture to the baking pan. Tap against the table to remove air bubbles.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 mins. Do the toothpick test to see if it’s ready. After that, let it cool and set.
FOR CHOCOLATE GANACHE
Combine chopped chocolates and heavy cream in a heat-proof bowl. Microwave for a minute until melted. Stir until completely melted and shiny. (you can also do a double-boiler method)
Pour the hot chocolate ganache onto the brownie. Top it with any kind of roasted nuts to suit your liking. Chill for at least 4 hours.
Finally, you can cut your fudgy chocolate brownie into small bite-sized cubes and set it in a small cupcake liner. Enjoy!

1/2 cup melted butter (unsalted)
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions for making no-oven Brownies:
- In a large bowl add your butter and sugar
- Mix well until completely dissolved
- Add your eggs and vanilla to the bowl
- Sift flour, cocoa powder and salt and add to the bowl
- Then give it a mix and set aside
- Transfer mixture in a container lined with parchment paper
- Flatten and smooth the surface
- Spread mixture evenly into the container
- Top with chocolate chips if desired
- Using a double boiling method cook on low heat for 30-35 minutes
- Cover and chill in the fridge overnight
- After chilling, cut brownies into bite size pieces and they are ready to serve

Fudge Brownies
Fudgy Brownies is made by baking a brownie mixture made with all purpose flour, sugar, butter, eggs, cocoa powder, chocolate and salt. Chocolate Brownies is very popular in United stated and all over the world. Follow our Chocolate Fudgy Brownies recipt to make this scrumptious dish in your home for your family and relatives.

INGREDIENTS
¾ cup all-purpose flour (95g)
1 ¼ cup sugar (280g)
¾ cup melted butter (170g)
2 piece eggs
¼ cup cocoa powder (25g)
8 oz chocolate
1 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Begin by dividing the chocolate bar into two equal pieces. Chop the first half to make small chunks while for the other half, melt it to be mixed with the batter later on.
2. In a big bowl, put a three-quarter cup of melted butter then add the sugar and eggs next. Mix completely until it has a smooth texture and uniform pale yellow color.
3. Next, sift the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, and pinch of salt to get rid of lumping ingredients. Then, combine the chocolate chunks and continue beating until all is fully combined.
4. Line the baking pan with parchment paper and carefully pour the chocolate batter into it. It’s now prepped up for baking.
5. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the brownies in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until completely done. To check the texture of the brownies, poke the middle part using a toothpick and it should come out clean.
6. Pull out from the oven and do not forget to remove the parchment paper before serving. Cut into square portions and enjoy!
