FOR FUDGY BROWNIES
100g chopped chocolates
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
FOR GANACHE
1 cup chopped chocolates
1/2 cup all purpose cream (or heavy cream
Chopped peanuts for toppings
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, start melting the chopped dark chocolate with the unsalted butter using a microwave or double-boiler. Stir until completely melted. Let it cool for a few minutes.
Once cooled down a little, add granulated sugar and brown sugar. Mix until combined. Then add eggs one at a time. Stir in between until all eggs are added and well-combined. Then add vanilla extract and salt. Mix well.
Using a clean finger, check if the sugar is completely dissolved. Once ready, sift the flour, baking soda, and cocoa powder. Make sure to sift properly to prevent lumping parts. Then give it a good mix once more.
Prepare an 8×8 baking pan greased with butter or oil. Line with parchment or baking paper for easier unmolding.
Then, gently pour the brownie mixture to the baking pan. Tap against the table to remove air bubbles.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 mins. Do the toothpick test to see if it’s ready. After that, let it cool and set.
FOR CHOCOLATE GANACHE
Combine chopped chocolates and heavy cream in a heat-proof bowl. Microwave for a minute until melted. Stir until completely melted and shiny. (you can also do a double-boiler method)
Pour the hot chocolate ganache onto the brownie. Top it with any kind of roasted nuts to suit your liking. Chill for at least 4 hours.
Finally, you can cut your fudgy chocolate brownie into small bite-sized cubes and set it in a small cupcake liner. Enjoy!

I’m absolutely loving Dairy Milk Caramel at the moment ???? I also really fancied some really chocolatey, fudgy brownies…
I’ve made so many things recently with Dairy Milk Caramel, these stuffed brownies had to be next ????

All you need is:
170g unsalted butter, melted & cooled slightly
250g caster sugar
2 large eggs
125g dark chocolate, melted & cooled slightly
100g plain flour
30g cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
400g Dairy Milk Caramel (more if needed, depending on tin size)
Tin size: 8x8”
Bake 170C (fan) 25-30 mins - or until the top is cracked and it no longer wobbles
For best results, allow to cool fully in the tin, then refrigerate overnight. Remove from the fridge about 20-30 minutes before cutting into pieces ????
(The piece of brownie in the second video has been warmed in the microwave for 10 seconds ????)

Ingredients:
-Box mix or homemade fudge brownies for 8 in square pan
-1 cup chopped nuts, walnuts, or pecans

Instructions:
-Toast chopped pecans or walnuts on a baking sheet in a 350F oven for 4-5 min. Let cool.

The best salted caramel brownies recipe with home made salted caramel sauce. Try these easy fudge brownies recipe now!
Ingredients:
Unsalted Butter 1/2 Cup
Granulated Sugar (Cheeni) 1/2 Cup
Egg (Anda) 1
Salt (Namak) 1/2 Tsp
Vanilla Extract 1 Tsp
Cocoa Powder 1/2 Cup
Plain Flour (Maida) 2/3 Cup
Salted Caramel Sauce 1/2 Cup - Home-made or Store-bought
Directions:
1) In a bowl, whisk together the butter and sugar until light & fluffy. Then add the egg, salt and vanilla extract and beat until smooth.
2) Sift in the cocoa powder and plain flour and fold through gently. Do not over mix.
3) Line an 8x8 baking tin with parchment paper & pour in half of the brownie batter. Top it up with 1/3 cup of the salted caramel sauce and cover with the remaining brownie batter.
4)Pour the remaining salted caramel sauce on top & use a skewer to make a design (optional)
5) Bake for 25-30 mins in a pre-heated oven at 160’C [FAN] or 180’C.
6) Remove from the oven and cool in the pan for ten minutes. Cut into rectangles. Drizzle with remaining caramel over the brownies & enjoy!
