How I make this super easy and delicious crossover of Lasagna and Spaghetti...my kids dont like ricotta so this is what works for us and its defiantly a family favorite,
Thanks for watching and here are the ingredients I use
Boil 12 lasagna noodles for 10 ish minutes
cook 3 pounds ground beef - I like to use 80/20 for better flavor
cook and sauté with
1/4-1/2 onion
4-5 garlic cloves
Don Sazon meat tenderizer
add in a big JAR of our fav spaghetti sauce - use yours
mozerella and cheddar cheese mix! Lots
Put a lil bit of the sauce and meat mix on bottom of pan
then lay 3 noodles and top with some meat sauce then cheese then repeat 4 times then
top with Italian seasoning
Bake at 400 for about 15-20 minutes or until melt on top melted good then let sit for about 15 minutes,

Easy CHICKEN LASAGNA With Creamy White Sauce
This white sauce Chicken Lasagna is so satisfying with layers of lasagna noodles and tender chicken with a creamy spinach sauce.

CHICKEN LASAGNA INGREDIENTS:
►9 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
►4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (or cooked from 2 lbs chicken breast)
SPINACH CREAM SAUCE:
►1 Tbsp olive oil
►1 medium onion, finely chopped
►4 Tbsp unsalted butter
►1/3 cup all-purpose flour
►2 1/2 cups chicken broth
►1 1/2 cups half and half (or equal parts of heavy cream and milk)
►5 oz fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
►2 tsp sea salt
►1/2 tsp black pepper
►3 garlic cloves, minced
CHEESE SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
►15 oz ricotta
►1 large egg
►1/4 cup parsley
►1/4 cup parmesan cheese
►3 cups mozzarella cheese

• 1 pound sweet Italian sausage
• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 1 large white onion, minced
• 5 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 (28 ounce can) crushed tomatoes
• 2 (6 ounce can) tomato paste
• 1 (15 oz can) tomato sauce
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 2 tablespoons white sugar
• 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
• 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
• 1 teaspoon ground oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (divided)
• 1 pound lasagna noodles
• 30 ounces ricotta cheese
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 pound deli sliced mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1️⃣ 00:00:23 - In a large pot over medium heat, add in ground sausage and ground beef. Use a spoon to break up the meat into small pieces. Add in onion and garlic and cook until meat is well browned, stirring constantly. Stir in sugar, fresh basil, fennel, oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup chopped parsley. Pour in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and chicken broth. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer 1-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
2️⃣ 00:03:57 - Meanwhile, place lasagna noodles into the bottom of a pan. Pour hot tap water directly over the noodles, making sure the pasta is completely immersed in the water. Let them soak for 30 minutes, then drain and discard water.
3️⃣ 00:04:51 - In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese with egg, remaining 2 tablespoons parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and nutmeg. Refrigerate until ready to assemble lasagna.
4️⃣ Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a deep 9x13 pan.

Top with 1/4 of mozzarella cheese slices. Spoon 1 1/2 cups meat sauce over mozzarella, then sprinkle with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Repeat layering two more times to create three complete layers. To finish, place a final layer of pasta, topped with another 1 cup of meat sauce to cover the pasta. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover loosely with aluminum foil.
6️⃣ 00:07:24 - Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil, and bake an additional 25 minutes to allow cheese to brown. Serve hot.

In this episode of In The Kitchen With Matt, I will show you how to make lasagna. This easy homemade lasagna recipe is so awesome and only requires about 5 to 6 ingredients. If you are a fan of lasagna, give this simple recipe a try. This is my friend's mom's recipe and one of my favorites, and I have eaten a lot of lasagna over the years, haha. The recipe makes about 12 servings depending on the size of the serving. Making lasagna from scratch is so easy and so much better than those frozen ones from the supermarket. 1lb (16oz) of Italian sausage, another sausage, or ground beef (453g)
24 to 48 oz of your favorite marinara sauce or use homemade. I like using Prego Italian meat sauce. (680 to 1360g)
1lb (16oz) of cottage cheese or ricotta cheese, or use a combination of the two (453g)
4 to 6 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, or use more, totally up to you (330g to 500g)
Water to boil the pasta
2 tsp. of salt for the water
