How To make Extra Quick Drop Cookies In Waffle Iron
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs or 1/2 c. Eggbeaters
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
6 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cream margarine until light - then beat in sugar. Add eggs or Eggbeaters, vani lla and dry ingredients. Beat until well mixed. Heat waffle iron about 5 minu tes. Spray waffle iron each time a new batch of cookies is baked with "pan coa ting" to prevent sticking.
Drop a heaping teaspoon of dough onto each section of waffle iron (size of dou gh should be about the size of a whole walnut) do not spread out dough, bake 2- 3 minutes. These may be baked on a greased cookie sheet also. 325 degree oven for 20 minutes. Makes 2 dozen cookies.

If you are following a low carb or KETO eating plan and have the urge for something sweet these KETO / Low Carb Sugar Cookies with their yummy
frosting with satisfy that craving. They are sweet and delicious. So give them a try........deprive yourself no more! Enjoy!
Chaffles:
You will need a mini 4 inch waffle maker.
I use a DASH.
3 Tbsp. egg whites
A few drops of almond extract
A splash of vanilla
2 Tbsp. monkfruit classic sweetener
6 Tbsp. fine almond flour
1 Tbsp. softened cream cheese
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Mix ingredients well.
Spray your chaffle maker lightly with non stick spray such as PAM
Heat your chaffle maker.
Place a dollop of the batter in the center of the mini Dash waffle maker.
Close and cook as per directions in the video.
You can make 4 large chaffle cookies as I did or put less batter in and
make 6 small ones.
Frosting:
2 Tbsp. butter
1 oz. cream cheese
15 drops of Capella Butter Cream flavoring (optional)
Splash vanilla
A few drops of vanilla
2 Tbsp. powdered monkfruit or sweetener of your choice.
Mix all ingredients together.
Spread a little frosting on each cookie.
Add your sprinkles.
Enjoy!
