Chocolate Karanji/ Chocolate Calzone Recipe [ Baked and Fried Karanji ] - Delightful Cravings
Fluffy, crisp Karanji with a sweet delicious filling. Karanji filled with chocolate and nuts are fun to make and super tasty to eat. Surely a must try recipe.
Ingredients:
Dough:
*2tbs Ghee
*125g Maida
*Milk
*Salt
Stuffing:
*2 tbs Ghee
*1/3 Cup dry fruits
*1/2 Cup milk powder
*1/3 Cup fresh cream
*1 tbs Coco powder
*1/3 Cup powdered sugar
Method:
*Take all purpose flour add ghee,salt and sufficient milk and knead into a medium soft dough. Let it rest for 10 mins.
*For stuffing, add ghee, dry fruits, milk powder, fresh cream, coco powder and mix them well.
*Reduce it and let it cool down, then add the powdered sugar.
For baking the karanji:
Pre heat oven and bake it for 10mins, remove and turn it around and again bake for 10 mins.

Veg Calzones Recipe | Delicious Calzones for New Year | Baking Vibes
Hey Guys! Welcome back to my channel, Baking Vibes!
Today I am sharing a recipe which is perfect for Christmas as well as New Years! It is an Italian dish called Calzones! Mostly it is made using some sort of meat but today I am showing you the recipe for Veg Calzones.

Ingredients :-
For Dough-
3 cups - All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup - Warm Water + as required
1+1/2 tbsp - Olive Oil
1+1/2 tsp - Instant Dry Yeast
1+1/2 Tsp - Sugar
1 tsp - Salt
For Filling-
4 - Medium Tomatoes (pureed)
3 - Small Onions (finely chopped)
1 - Large Green Capsicum (finely chopped)
1/2 cup - Corn
5 - Garlic Cloves (chopped/grated)
1 tsp - Oregano
1 tsp - Red Chilli Flakes
1 tsp - Black Pepper
1+1/2 tsp - Pizza Seasoning
Salt to taste
1-2 tsp - Olive Oil
Mozzarella Cheese + any cheese of choice.
Method -
1. Mix the sugar, yeast and water and let it sit in a warm, dry place for 5 minutes to bloom. Then mix in the olive oil.
2. Mix the flour and salt together and then add in the yeast mixture and knead a soft dough for 5 - 10 minutes. Add more water is required.
3. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with cling film or a plate and let it rest for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
4. Heat the oil in a pan and then add in the garlic. Once it becomes aromatic, add in the onions and sauté for 2-5 minutes.
5. Add the capsicum and cook for about 5 minutes. Mix in the corn and cook for just about 2 minutes before adding in the tomato puree.
6. Add in all the herbs and salt - pepper and give it a taste to check the salt.
7. Let the mixture boil and cook with a lid on for about 10 minutes on a medium flame until 70% water is evaporated. Take it off heat and cool.
8. To make the calzone shape - 7:55
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 210 - 230 C for about 20 - 30 minutes or until the calzones become golden brown in color. Serve hot.
