8 Stewed California dried figs
-- (unsweetened) 1 pk Spice cake mix
1/2 c Juice from stewed figs; plus
2 tb Juice from stewed figs
2 Whole eggs
2 tb Water
7-Minute Frosting
1 cn Moist coconut
With scissors, snip stems off stewed figs. Place figs in mixing bowl and beat hard until whirled into small bits. Add contents from spice cake mix, plus juice from figs. Beat for 2 minutes. Add eggs and beat 1 minute. Add 2 Tbsps. water and beat at low speed for 1 more minute. Place in two well-buttered 9-inch layer pans. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F.) for about 25 minutes. Cool slightly. Frost with favorite vanilla-flavored Seven-Minute Frosting, with lots of coconut sprinkled on frosting, between layers and on top. Halloween Dirt Cake – Help at Home Jim
Halloween is approaching and everyone needs a fun treat to make with your kids to have at home, and it tastes better than all that candy anyway ????. Whether child or adult, most people love this dessert and it’s fairly simple to make. I took the base recipe from the Delish.com website and I will post the link below. I hope you enjoy this as much as we do!

Halloween Dirt Cake (as adjusted my me)
1 (14.3-oz.) package Oreos or 36 Oreo cookies from any size pkg.
5 tbsp. butter, melted butter (that’s one more that Delish uses, but I think it holds the crust together better)
1 (3.4-oz) box instant vanilla pudding
2 cups milk divided as per video (Delish only used 1 ½ cups)
1 envelope unflavored gelatin like Knox brand or Walmart’s Great Value brand (most small boxes have 4 envelopes – Delish did not use any unflavored gelatin)
1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened at room temp for about 2 hours
1 (8-oz.) Cool Whip Lite (This replaces the 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 cup heavy cream that Delish uses, but you can use it if you like. The Cool Whip makes it easier for most people)
Optional: Gummy worms or various types of candy for decorating.
Directions
1. Crush cookies in a Ziploc bag or in a food processor and place in a bowl.
2. Add the melted butter to the cookie crumbs and stir together.
3. Empty cookie/butter mixture into a 8x8 casserole pan and push
with fingers to cover the bottom of the pan.
4. Pour one envelope unflavored gelatin into the ¼ cup cold milk to soften.
5. Pour the vanilla pudding mix into a medium bowl and mix together with
one cup milk.
6. Pour ½ cup warm milk into the softened gelatin and stir together.
7. Then pour in the pudding and mix together.
8. Beat cream cheese till smooth and then mix together with the cool whip.
9. Pour vanilla pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture and mix.
10. Pour this mixture into the 8x8 pan with your cookie crust and top with
leftover cookies.
11. Decorate with any candy you like and chill for several hours.

1 levure fraîche (42g)

2 jaunes d'oeufs, les jaunes iront sur le dessus et les blancs dans la pâte

Valentine For Her
In this video I show you how to make a very special Valentine’s treat just for the woman in your life. The base of this is a wonderful cake called Delicious White Cake, and comes from the 1950 Betty Croker Cookbook. Next, I mix in pink food coloring to give it part of the cake a personalized look. Then, I show you how to make your very own chocolate heart in the middle of your cake, followed by a beautiful pink drizzle icing. This is a Valentine she won’t soon forget. Enjoy!
Preheat oven to 350 or 325 for dark/non-stick pans
Delicious White Cake
1/3 cup white shortening
1/3 cup softened butter
1 ¾ cups sugar or for my favorite diabetics, ¾ cup + 2 TBSP Splenda Sugar Blend
2 2/3 cups flour
3 ½ tsp baking powder
¾ tsp salt
1 1/3 cups thin milk, half water
2 tsp vanilla or for a wedding cake taste, 1 ½ tsp vanilla and ½ tsp almond extract
4 large egg whites and a pinch (1/8 tsp) cream of tartar, stiffly beaten
Wilton Pink food coloring gel for icing, about ¼ tsp or less to color the middle of the cake
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (more as needed) to make the heart for your cake
Pink Drizzle Icing
1 cup powdered sugar (more as needed)
¼ cup milk (more as needed)
1 tsp vanilla
Wilton Pink food coloring gel for icing, less than ¼ tsp, or enough to color to your liking

Carrot Cake Encore-Can Learn Library
Create a tasty treat from a recipe found in the 25 Ingredients 50 Meals Recipe Collection.

Sur le plan de travail :
Pour la garniture :
- 1 litre de crème liquide
- 400 g en copeaux et 30 g fondu de chocolat blanc
- 10 feuilles de gélatine
- 1 cuillère à café d’arôme vanille
Pour le glaçage au chocolat :
- 300 g de chocolat au lait en copeaux
- 300 ml de crème liquide
Pour le fond du gâteau :
- 150 g de chocolat au lait fondu
Aux fourneaux !
1. Pour commencer, fabriquez trois moules creux en carton. Il faut qu’ils soient de la largeur du moule à cake et collent bien aux bords. Enveloppez-les d’un film transparent alimentaire.
2. Beurrez le moule à cake et badigeonnez les moules cartonnés de chocolat blanc fondu avant de les déposer dans le moule à cake.
3. Faites chauffer la crème liquide dans une casserole (sans la faire bouillir) et ajoutez le chocolat blanc et l’arôme vanille.
4. Ajoutez la gélatine ramollie et déposez-la également dans la casserole en remuant continuellement jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit totalement diluée.
5. Versez maintenant votre mélange dans le moule à cake, au dessus des cartons plastifiés et déposez au frigo pendant environ 3 heures, jusqu’à ce que la préparation ait bien durci.
6. Quelques minutes avant de retirer du frigo, faites chauffer au bain marie le chocolat au lait pour le fond du gâteau et versez-le sur le mélange chocolat blanc-crème liquide. Laissez au frais pendant 30 minutes.
7. Pour le glaçage, faites fondre les copeaux de chocolat au lait et la crème liquide dans une casserole en mélangeant.
8. Démoulez le cake au dessus d’une grille, elle-même posée sur une plaque. Retirez les moules en carton et versez le glaçage sur tout le gâteau.
9. Pour finir, laissez reposer votre Kinder Chocolat maxi XXL au frigo pendant 30 minutes.
