WW Flour 1 T Ener-g egg replacer 2 t Baking powder 1 T Turbinado sugar (or not) mix dry ingredients add 1 c. mashed banana, or applesauce enough rice milk to make it pancake-batter like fry (carefully) in a nonstick or Pam-sprayed pan. 1/4 cup oat flour 1/4 cup whole wheat/all purpose flour 1/2 scoop protein 1 egg 1/3 cup greek yogurt 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon pinch of salt *add almond milk until desired texture
