How To make Easy Doughnuts
2 c White sugar
6 Eggs
6 tb Oil
8 ts Baking powder
2 c Milk
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
7 c Flour
1 1/2 ts Nutmeg
Mix the liquids together. Mix the dry ingredients together. Combine the two. Roll out using as little flour as possible and cut into shapes. Do not use the holes again. Deep fry in hot oil until golden in color. I don't even bother rolling them out. Just spoon them into the hot oil, and then roll them in icing sugar when they come out of the oil. 1. You can replace all purpose flour with bread flour.
2. You can use salted butter instead of unsalted butter.
3. It is delicious even if it is coated with chocolate instead of powdered sugar.
4. Fermentation time may vary depending on the temperature of the place where it is fermented.
5. When putting the dough in the cooking oil, be careful not to splash the oil.

2 ingredient Glazed Donuts Recipe :
- 140g Self Rising Flour ( 1 cup )
- 140g Any plain Yogurt ( 5 ounces )
- Pinch of nutmeg ( optional )
DO NOT over fry the donuts. These should be a light golden color ( check video for color and texture). Allow to cool for 2 minutes before dipping in the glaze. For more tips check the full written recipe here:
Glaze for the Donuts :
- 250 gr Powdered Sugar ( 2 cups)
- 75 gr Butter ( 2/3 Stick )
- 3-5 tbsp Milk depending how thin you like your glaze
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Pinch of Salt
SUBSTITUTES for the dough ( I highly recommend using yogurt and flour but if u can't find these here are the substitutes) :
**Yogurt can be substituted for milk BUT add only 85 grams of milk (1/3 cup) + 1/2 tsp vinegar or lemon juice.
**Self rising flour can be made TWO ways:
- 140 grams of plain flour + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder ( 1 cup + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder)
- 140 grams of plain flour + 1/2 tsp baking soda ( 1 cup + 1/2 tsp baking soda)

18 grams instant dry yeast
¾ cup white sugar
3 whole eggs
160 grams salted butter
150 grams evaporated milk
200 grams water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1000 grams bread flour
Classic sugar glaze:
¼ cup melted butter
2 cups confectioner’s sugar (
1/3 cup evaporated milk
Splash of vanilla extract (optional)
Classic Chocolate glaze:
1 cup (225 grams) dark chocolate
¼ cup butter
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1 tablespoon fresh milk
How To Make Glazed Donuts - Soft and Fluffy Donut Recipe
Homemade Glazed donuts are fluffy, airy, and melt-in-your-mouth good. Making donuts is easier than you think with very little active time, and you’ll love the simple vanilla glaze.

DONUT DOUGH INGREDIENTS:
►2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting (312 gr)
►1/4 cup granulated sugar (50g)
►1/4 tsp salt
►1 packet (7 grams or 2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast, quick-acting or rapid rise
►2/3 cup scalded milk and cooled to 115˚F
►1/4 oil (we use light olive oil)
►2 egg yolks, room temperature
►1/2 tsp vanilla extract
DONUT GLAZE INGREDIENTS:
►1 lb powdered sugar (4 cups)
►5-6 Tbsp water
►1 Tbsp vanilla extract
