How To make Deep Fried Bean Curd Stir Fried with Mushrooms and Broccoli
1 1/2 Cakes bean curd
Vegetable oil -- for deep-frying 6 md Chinese dried mushrooms
1 md Onion
8 oz Broccoli
3 tb Vegetable oil
3 sl Ginger root
4 tb Vegetarian stock
SAUCE:
2 tb Light soy sauce
1 tb Hoisin sauce
2 ts Chili sauce
1 ts Sugar
Cut the bean curd into 1- x 1-1/2-inch flat pieces. Deep-fry them in hot oil for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes, until the surfaces are somewhat firm and yellow. Drain thoroughly. Soak the mushrooms in boiling water for half an hour. Drain. Discard the stems and cut the caps into halves. Cut the onion into thin slices. Break the broccoli into individual florets and cut the stem into 1-inch wedges. Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok. When hot, add the onion, ginger, broccoli stems, and mushrooms and stir-fry in the hot oil for 2 mintues, to season the oil. Add the broccoli and stock and continue to stir-fry for 1-1/2 minutes, and then cook, covered, for 1-1/2 minutes. Uncover the pan or wok, pour the sauce ingredients over the contents, and continue to turn and stir-fry all ingredients together for a further 1-1/2 minutes. Serve with rice and other dishes. I am sharing with you today a very simple and delicious cooking with Japanese Bunashimeji Mushroom with Pressed Beancurd or some of you may like to call it Tofu. This is suitable for all vegans and also for the vegetarians. It's healthy and nutritious enough for a balance meal. As all of us knows that mushrooms are consider as Super Food packed with loads of nutrients, minerals and vitamins. Not to mentioned, beancurd too is packed with protein and all goodies to keep us healthy.

Crispy Air Fried Tofu:
1 16-oz block extra-firm or firm tofu
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Potato Starch or Cornstarch
1 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper

XO Sauce braised tofu with Mushrooms (Bean Curd/Firm Tofu)
Easy to make and full of taste. Typical oriental flavour clay pot tofu that will shake your tongue for joy.
Ingredient:
• Firm Bean curd, cut into 2cm and deep-fry 2 pc
• Shimeji mushroom 1 bunch.
• King Oyster mushroom 170g Slice
• Soaked shitake mushroom 5 pcs cut in to half.
• Carrot 65g
• Sweet peas 15 pcs
• XO Sauce 1 tbsp
• Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
• Cooking Wine 2 tbsp
• Sesame Oil3 g
• White Pepper Powder2 g
• Fine Sugar 1 tsp
• Chicken Stock powder 1 tsp
• Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
• Water half cup
• Fresh Garlic 5 clove, slices
• Ginger slice few
• Spring Onion 1 stalk white part cut into 4cm few
• Spring Onion leave thin slice
• Cooking Oil
• Corn starch half tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut the bean curd into pieces. Heat up your wok or deep fryer and add oil. Deep fry the bean curd until light to golden brown, dish out and drain with paper towels. Set aside.
2. Left 2 tbsp deep fried oil in the wok. Heat up the wok Stir-fry the slices garlic and slice ginger until aromatic and toss in all the mushroom, do a quick stir before adding the XO sauce turn to high heat stir- fry until fragrant. Add all seasonings and fried bean curd carrot. Add in water and stew for 2 minutes, last add in the sweet peas bring to boil then add in the corn starch water to thicken the sauce. Transfer the dish in to the heated clay pot. Garnishing with chopped spring onion, add-in 2 tablespoon of shao Xin wine then cover the clay pot with its cover. Lower the heat to low and let it braise for 10 minutes.

One of the BEST ways to enjoy Tofu

Recipe:
570g tofu
4 tbsp corn or potato starch
5 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 vinegar
1 tbsp cooking wine or mirin (optional)
4 tbsp water
1 scallion
1 green chili pepper
1 red chili pepper
1 small-sized onion
1 medium-sized carrot
2 garlic cloves
sesame seeds
1) Start by chopping the vegetables and cutting garlic into thin slices.
2) Pat dry tofu with a paper towel and cut them into small cubes.
3) Transfer the tofu cubes into a container and add starch. Close the lid and shake well.
4) Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the tofu cubes until golden brown. Set them aside.
5) Mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, mirin, and water.
6) Stir-fry garlic and scallion first until fragrant. Add in the vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
7) Add in the sauce and bring to a boil. Once it starts to boil, turn off the heat and put the tofu cubes into the frying pan. Mix well.
8) Serve with rice and enjoy ❤️
