How To make Stir Fried Bow Ties w/ Chicken, Broccoli & To
1 lb Bow ties, rotini or other
. shaped pasta
uncooked 2 tb Soy sauce
2 ts Cornstarch
1 c Chicken broth
2 tb Vegetable oil
1 Red onion :
thinly sliced
2 cl Garlic
12 oz Chicken breasts -- boneless,
. skinless & cut into . 1-inch cubes 4 c Broccoli florets
2 c Cherry tomatoes quartered
Cook the pasta according to package directions. While the pasta is cooking, stir the soy sauce and cornstarch together in small bowl until comstarch is dissolved . Stir in chicken broth; set aside. Heat oil in large wok over high heat. Stir in onion and garlic. Stir until onion is wilted, about 2 minutes. Add chicken and stir until it turns white, about 2 minutes. Add broccoli and stir until it turns bright green, about 1 minute. Add chicken broth mixture: heat to boiling. Cover wok and boil until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender, about 3 minutes. Add pasta and stir to coat with sauce. Add cherry tomatoes and serve immediately. Note: If you don't have a wok large enough to hold all the ingredients (including the pasta), prepare sauce separately in large skillet. After draining pasta, return it to the pot, pour the finished sauce into the pot and stir over low heat until pasta is coated with sauce . I have gotten so many messages of people asking me to send them my recipe, it became super annoying???? So I decided to film it and make this my first cooking video! So exciting!!!

Bow Tie Noodles (You can use any noodles. An alternative for me is fettuccine noodles)
Butter
Heavy Whipping Cream (1QUART)
Parmesan Cheese and Mild Cheddar Cheese
Minced Garlic
Weber Kickin' Chicken (not shpwn but I used it on my chicken)
Tony's Seasoning
Natures Seasoning
Cayenne Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic powder
Black Pepper

Chicken & Broccoli Bowties | Delish
The cream cheese alfredo is delicious.
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook bowties according to package directions until al dente. During the last 2 minutes of cooking, add broccoli and cook until bright green. Drain and return to pot.
2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden, 8 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate to let rest, then thinly slice.
3. Add milk, Parmesan, cream cheese, and garlic to skillet and let melt and thicken, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add cooked bowties and broccoli and chicken to skillet and toss until completely combined.
5. Garnish with crushed red pepper flakes and serve.

12 oz. bowties
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
Crushed red pepper flakes, for garnish

4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided (2 Tbsp each)
3 Tbsl all purpose flour

All purpose seasoning
Smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup pepper Jack or Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
