Nuts and Seeds Cookies Recipe:
Whole almond 70g
Cashew nuts 70g
Sliced almond 70g
Sunflower seeds 70g
Pumpkin seeds 70g
Goji berries 20g
Raisin 20g
Black sesame seed 20g
White sesame seed 20g
egg white 1
Honey 1TBSP
Salt a pinch
Bake 130°C 15 - 20 minutes (depending on your oven)

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups (225 g) all purpose flour
1 tsp (5 g) baking soda
1 tsp (5 g) fine salt
8 Tbsp (113 g) unsalted butter (softened)
1 packed cup ( 200 g) dark brown sugar
1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar
1 large egg (room temperature)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (90 g) chopped walnuts (or pecans)
*Bake in a preheated oven @ 350º F / 180º C for 12 to 13 minutes

Healthy Date Cookie Recipe
I can't believe I'm sharing my favorite cookie recipe, but they're too good to not share. The best part is that the cookies are healthy. There is no white flour or white sugar. Dates are the sweetener. Below are the ingredients and directions.
Preheat oven to 375'
In a nutra-bullet puree 1 egg, 1tsp of vanilla, 1 banana, 7 seedless dates, 1tsp of coconut oil and 1/2cup of almond milk.
In another bowl mix together dry ingredients which include, 2 cups of almond flour, 2 cups of oats, 1tsp of baking soda, 1tsp of baking powder, 1/4cup of coconut sugar.
Then add wet mix to dry mix and combined together. If you would like to add in chocolate chips, now is the time to add in 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Roll cookie dough into balls and place on cookie sheet. Now it's time to bake! Place them in a 375' oven for 12 minutes!

1/2 cup melted salted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 whole egg
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups oatmeal (whole)
1 cup raisins or cranberries
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Nutty Toasted Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies
If you're in the cookie mood, these will be the ones for you. They're crisp on the outside and immensely chewy on the inside.
Now I do love a good chocolate chip cookie, but give me a nutty one and I'll be all over it.
Especially when it has toasted oats. I swear by toasted oats, whether that's for porridge/oatmeal, flapjacks, cookies, or dessert toppings. Toasting the oats makes them nutty and they smell just like popcorn!
The brown butter, the toasted oats, and the nuts create an all-around nutty flavour, which is exactly how a nutty cookie should be. Throw in some dark chocolate chunks and flaky sea salt... yep I'm there.
