1 tsp Whole cumin seeds
1 Medium Onion - Diced
1 tbsp Garlic - Chopped

1 tsp Ground Cumin Powder
1.5 tsp Salt

Gluten Free Chickpea & Vegetable Curry with Garlic & Cumin Seed Naan
Take a delicious trip with us to India with our chickpea & vegetable curry. What better to sop up all this deliciousness then with our gluten free garlic & cumin seed naan, using our Schär pizza crust. This flavor combination will have your taste buds dancing.
Butter Chicken With Zeera (Cumin) Rice & Butter Naan || Simple Recipe ||

•• Very Easy Butter Chicken Recipe! ••
•• Take 1lb Boneless Chicken Breasts (OR Thighs) & cut into small pieces. Add in 2tbsp Yogurt, 1tbsp Salt (OR to taste), 1tsp Red Chili Powder, 1/2tsp Turmeric Powder, 1tbsp Red Pepper Flakes, 2tbsp Ready-Made Butter Chicken Spice Mix, 1tsp Ginger, & 1tsp Garlic Paste & Mix it all together. Set aside for a few hours or overnight.
•• Add 4tbsp Butter in a wok & heat it up. Add in marinated Chicken & sauté on high for about 4-5 minutes or until water dries. Add in 2tbsp Tomato Sauce & mix well. Add in 1cup of Milk. Once Gravy is set, add in 1/2cup of Heavy Cream (OR swap with Half & Half). Cook until desired gravy & garnish with Fresh Mint/Cilantro/Basil & serve fresh!
•• Wash 1cup of Rice & soak in Water for about an hour. Also add in 1tsp Cumin Seeds to enhance flavor. Add in 1tbsp Butter & add 1tsp Cumin Seeds & sauté. Add 2cups of Water & bring to boil & add in the Rice. Cook as normal.
•• Defrost a frozen Naan & Butter it on both sides. OR serve with Fresh Naan.

Recipe :
Naan, Butter Naan, Garlic Naan, Stuffed Naan
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 2-3 minutes per Naan
Ingredients:
Dough:
2 cups Refined flour
½ tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Baking powder
2 tbsp Oil
Butter for basting
1 tsp Nigella seeds
Coriander chopped
Garlic naan:
2 tbsp Garlic chopped
2 tbsp Coriander chopped
For Stuffing:
2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
5 Large boiled potatoes, mashed
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp chopped Green Chilies
1 tbsp chopped Coriander
1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi
1 tbsp crushed Coriander Cumin
1/4 tsp Carom Seeds
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
1/2 cup chopped Onions
Method:
Mix the salt, sugar, yoghurt and baking powder with the flour. Add sufficient water and knead into a smooth dough. Allow the dough to rest for 20 minutes.
Break Tennis sized balls of the dough and roll smooth. Add a pinch of Nigella Seeds on top and roll out the balls into ½ cm thick naan. Heat an empty nonstick pan, covered, till it is very hot. Place the naan on the frying pan and cover. Cook till the underside is lightly colored and the naan puffs up. Remove and cook the uncooked side directly on naked flame to get brown spots. Remove and set aside.
For Butter Naan: Brush with butter
For Garlic Naan: Add ½ tsp garlic and ½ tsp chopped coriander before rolling out. Brush the cooked naan with butter before serving.
For Stuffed naan: Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing. Make walnut sized balls of the stuffing and stuff into each dough ball. Roll out like a stuffed aloo paratha and cook in the hot frying pan as mentioned above. Remove from the flame, brush with butter and scrunch to serve.

Jeera Chicken Recipe - Kenyan Style Cumin (Zeera) chicken - Our Restaurant Sell-Out Dish!
In this video, we show you how to make Jeera chicken which used to be a popular sell-out dish in our restaurant. Jeera is also known as cumin or zeera and is the main ingredient in this delicious recipe. It is made with chicken wings and although you can eat it with naan or tandoori roti, we prefer to just endeavor it with our hands! It's really THAT good!
The Jeera Chicken is packed full of flavour and has a tangy spicy sauce that brings this dish to life!
For the Jeera Chicken Recipe, you will need:
1/2 cup oil
4 tbs partially ground Jeera (cumin seeds)
4 tbs partially ground Black Pepper
Blend together:
2 medium tomatoes
3 green chilies
3 tbs yogurt
1 tbs ginger garlic paste
1 tsp coriander
1/2 Kashmiri red chili powder
salt to taste
1 kg chicken wings
Before serving:
1 tsp mint sauce
dried Kasuri Methi
fresh lemon juice
fresh coriander
As you can see, the Jeera Chicken recipe is made using minimal ingredients, however it is super delicious and packed full of flavour!
