cream of celery or mushroom

cup
sour cream
Directions:
Brown ground beef; drain fat. Add onions and garlic. Stir until wilted. Add flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Mixing well. Stir in undiluted soup; mix well. Put all in crockpot on low for 6 hours.
When you get ready to serve add sliced mushrooms and sour cream. Serve over noodles rice or potatoes.

Ingredients for the Beef Stroganoff:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 onion peeled and finely sliced
7 oz (200g) baby chestnut mushrooms thickly sliced
14 oz (400g) fillet or ribeye steak sliced into strips around 1cm thick
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp brandy (optional)
1 cup (240ml) double (heavy) cream
2/3 cup (160ml) sour cream
1/4 tsp paprika

I grew up loving Beef Stroganoff. Sometimes, we would make the box stuff and it was easy. Well, once you see how simple it is to make homemade Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff, you will always make it from scratch!
INGREDIENTS
▢2 pounds stew meat
▢1 Tbsp Olive oil
▢1 teaspoon salt
▢1 teaspoon pepper
▢2 teaspoon minced garlic
▢1/3 cup red wine
▢1/2 onion (diced)
▢8 ounces cremini mushrooms (sliced)
▢1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
▢3 cups beef broth
▢12 ounce egg noodles
▢1 cup sour cream
▢2 tbsp cornstarch

Ground Beef Stroganoff Crockpot Recipe
Crockpot Size: 5 Quart
Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground Beef
Salt (To Your Liking)
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
8 oz. Sliced Mushrooms
2 (10.5 oz.) Cream of Mushrooms Cans
1 Cup Beef Broth
1 Cup Sour Cream
Half 16oz. Bag of Egg Noodles (Cooked)
Directions:
Cook ground beef on stove top and season with salt. Drain meat and pour into crockpot. Add onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mushroom, and beef broth into crockpot. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours. Once cooked, add sour cream and cooked egg noodles. Stir well and enjoy!

Ingredients:
32 oz Uncooked trimmed top round steak
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp Black pepper
3 tsp Jarred minced garlic
1 medium Red onion
16 oz Portabella mushrooms
30 fl oz Reduced sodium beef broth
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1⁄2 cup Red wine
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
2 Tbsp cold water
8 oz, unprepared Barilla Whole grain rotini
1 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add in the beef, season it with the salt and pepper and cook until browned. Then add the beef to a slow cooker.
Add in the remaining ingredients to the crock pot, minus the cornstarch and Greek yogurt.
Sir together. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until the beef is tender.
Mix the cornstarch with cold water and stir to dissolve the cornstarch. Add to the crock pot along with the uncooked egg noodles and stir.
Cover and cook on high for 15- 20 minutes until the noodles are softened.
To temper the yogurt to prevent curdling, remove about 1/2 cup of the liquid and add to a small bowl. Whisk in Greek yogurt until combined. Then add to stroganoff and stir in until combined.
