Ingredients 2 each frozen spinach, chopped (10 oz pkgs) 2 cup cottage cheese, cream style 1/4 cup butter 1 1/2 cup american or cheddar cheese 3 each eggs 1/4 cup flour 1 teaspoon salt
Directions: Thaw and drain spinach. Squeeze as much water as possible. Cube cream cheese, butter and cheese. Add to drained spinach. Slightly beaten eggs. Add flour, salt and combine with spinach and cheeses. Grease crockpot. Cook 1 hour at high; 4-5 hours on low.

INGREDIENTS: Frozen Spinach Light Sour Cream Greek Yogurt Parmesan Cheese Water Chestnuts (adds such a great texture) Garlic Low Fat Shredded Mozzarella Pinch of Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS: Combine all of your ingredients and mix them together. Place the dip mixture into the your slow cooker. Set it on high and let it cook until fully heated through (about 30-40 minutes). Stir occasionally so it heats evenly. Once it’s hot, switch the crockpot to warm so it stays hot and fresh throughout the party.
