How To make Crock Pot Meatballs with Gravy
Ingredients
1 1/2
pound
beef, ground
2
tablespoon
parsley, flakes
1
teaspoon
onion salt
1/4
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/4
cup
bread crumbs
1/4
cup
milk
1
each
egg
2
each
brown gravy mix, packages
1
rice, cooked, hot
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients to make 1 inch meatballs. Brown in a skillet. Drain fat. Place in a crockpot. Cover. Cook on Low for 3 to 4 hours or can be kept on all day. When ready to serve prepare gravy mix as directed on the package and pour into meatballs. Stir. Serve over rice.

At the time of writing, the gravy option had a massive 74% of your vote...so here it is :) They were absolutely delicious and HIGHLY reccomended. I've listed eveything I used down below...

These ingredients will make 30 meatballs in gravy! (smaller than a golf ball :)
I used:
For the meatballs :
2 Tablespoons butter (for frying)
1lb Minced/ground beef (20% fat)
1lb Minced/ground pork (20% fat)
1/2 A large white onion (finely chopped)
100ml Whole milk
2 Large eggs
60g Dried breadcrumbs or fine oatmeal
1/2 Teaspoon black or white pepper
1/2 Teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 Teaspoon ground allspice
1 Teaspoon salt
A pinch of Cayenne pepper
----------------------------------------------------------------
For the sauce:
2 Tablespoons butter (for frying)
3 Tablespoons plain/all purpose flour
760ml Beef stock/broth
100ml Double/heavy cream
1/2 A large onion (very finely diced)
1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Teaspoon sugar
Salt & Pepper to taste

Salisbury Steak Meatballs
The meatball version of Salisbury steak. Be prepared to marvel at how incredibly juicy and tender these meatballs are. And that mushroom gravy - wow!

Ingredients
1 package of frozen meatballs
1 or 2 packages of brown gravy mix
1 can of mushroom or fresh (optional)
Steps:
In a 6 qrt crock pot add in the frozen meatball. Then make the gravy mix per package directions and pour over the meatballs.
Add in mushrooms if you are using them. Give the meatballs a stir and put the lid on the crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours and high for 2 hours checking for doneness.
Plate the meatballs with mashed potatoes and vegetables

3 tbsp green seasoning
1 tsp meat seasoning
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp complete seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
gravy
1 large onion Chopped
1/4 of a large red bell pepper
1/4 of a large green bell pepper
6 cloves garlic Chopped
2 inches of grated ginger
3 stalks of thyme
1 habernero pepper
Chopped green onions
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup brown stew seasoning sauce
1/4 cup flour
3 tbsp butter
2 cups beef broth
1/2 tsp complete seasoning
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar
