Ruby Red Holiday Style Meatballs!!!
Hey guys!! :) wow its been forever I decided to share with you all my favorite meatball recipe!! This is really simple and absolutely delicious!! So sit back and watch and welcome to Brandys Kitchen!! :) Xoxoxo
*Ingredients:*
2lbs Ground Beef 1 pk onion soup mix 1/3 cup of milk 3 or 4 tablespoons of Worchester sauce
Sauce: 2 cups of ketchup 1 cup of brown sugar 1 tablespoon of Worchester sauce
Makes about 34 :)
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Take your 2 pounds of beef into a mixing bowl, then add your soup mix, milk and Worchester sauce. Then use your hands to incorporate it all together. Once that is done you will need to roll your meat into balls and put inside a large cooking pot and cover with water, bring to a boil and cook about 15 minutes.
While that is cooking you can make your sauce :) Grab another mixing bowl and add your ketchup, brownsugar, and Worchester sauce and stir really well. Then you can get your baking sheet lined with foil and have ready for the meatballs to go on.You can also cook these in a deep glass pan if you prefer. Once the meatballs are boiled align them on your baking pan and pour your sause overtop and they are ready to go into the oven for about 30 minutes and you will have a gorgeous carmelized finish!! :)

Beef Meatball Stroganoff
Beef Meatball Stroganoff with a song at 3:10: I sautéed sliced onion and sliced baby portabella mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil seasoned with salt. I sprinkled in a little all-purpose flour and cooked it about a minute. I added a splash of brandy, beef broth, a little Worcestershire sauce, a squirt of mustard, and I seasoned it with a little of my dry rub. I added frozen, fully-cooked, beef meatballs, a bay leaf, covered the pot to simmer until the meatballs thawed. Lastly, before serving, I folded in some sour cream and topped with chopped chives. I served over a bed of buttered egg noodles with green peas. I had a biscuit for sopping, but it was tooooo country for the picture presentation. ???? I LOVED THIS! Sooooo good! Oh, I forgot to add garlic! Oh, well, next time because I’ll definitely make this again! As always, my recipes are a guide. Be creative...make it your own!
Oh, there is an impromptu song at 3:10!

Chicken Fricassee - quick French Chicken Stew
Chicken Fricassée is a traditional French chicken stew made with browned chicken pieces braised in a creamy white mushroom sauce. A rustic family style meal that's easy enough for midweek, it's almost like the white sauce version of Coq au Vin - except it's so much faster to make!
