Slow Cooker Cranberry Sauce
SLOW COOKER CRANBERRY SAUCE
Have you ever tried making your own cranberry sauce? This one has great orange flavor and will go great on your holiday plate.
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
24 oz. fresh cranberries (two 12 oz. packages)
13 oz. orange marmalade (I use Bonne Maman)
½ cup brown sugar (add at the end of the cooking time)
SLOW COOKER SIZE:
4-quart or larger
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the cranberries and orange marmalade to the slow cooker, stir to combine.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours. After the cooking time is up, stir and pop any un-popped cranberries with the back of a spoon. Add the sugar and stir.
Tip: I used the cleaned out the jam jar to store the left over cranberry sauce.

Easy Slow-Cooker Cranberry Chili Meatballs
2-3 pounds frozen meatballs
14 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
12 oz. bottle chili sauce
In a large bowl, whisk together the cranberry sauce and chili sauce. Add the meatballs and stir to coat each meatball. Pour into a slow cooker. Set the slow cooker to medium and cook for about one hour.
Then cook on low for another 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Check occasionally to make sure the meatballs aren’t scorching on the bottom. Remove the lid for the final 15 to 30 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
Cranberries (12 oz bag)
Orange Marmalade (7 oz)
Brown Sugar (1/2 - 1 cup)
DIRECTIONS:
Add cranberries to crockpot
Add marmalade
Cook on high for 4 hours
Stir and mash remaining whole cranberries on the sides of the crockpot
Add brown sugar
Cool in fridge
Enjoy

Best Ever Cranberry Chicken in Crockpot (Slower Cooker) | Easy to Make & Delicious Cranberry Chicken
With Thanksgiving right around the corner, I thought I would share my Cranberry Chicken recipe. It is for sure a great meal to serve during the holiday season, however our family enjoys it all year long! There are a lot of Cranberry Chicken recipes out there, I know because I have experimented with many, but this recipe is the best! I found this recipe about 6 months ago and tweaked it a little to make it even better! Super easy to make and so delicious! It has a sweet taste with spicy kick to it -- not too spicy though, because I make it kid friendly! So please check out my video today and see for yourself. Holly’s Cranberry Chicken:
4 Chicken Breast (boneless & skinless) OR 4-5 Frozen Breast
4 Chicken Thighs (boneless & skinless) OR 4-5 Frozen Thighs
1 ts. Onion Powder (or 2 ts. I sometimes do)
½ ts. Pepper
½ ts. Parsley Flakes
½ ts. Cayenne Pepper (or ¾ ts. if you want more heat!)
1 ½ cups Ketchup
2 cans (14 oz each) Whole Cranberry Sauce
2 Tb. Orange Juice
In a medium bowl mix together onion powder, pepper, parsley, and cayenne pepper. Then add ketchup, cranberry sauce, and orange juice. Mix everything well with large spoon. Place chicken in Crockpot (or Slow Cooker). Pour mixture on chicken. Turn Crockpot (or Slow Cooker) on low and let it cook for 7 – 8 hours. Once cooking time is up, transfer chicken to a serving dish/bowl, lightly shred the chicken pieces. Finally add the sauce (the chicken was cooked in) over top of chicken. (I like to use a slotted spoon to strain more of the liquid and keep more of the chunks of cranberries for top of chicken). Serve with rice (we also enjoy it with steamed broccoli).

• 12 ounces fresh cranberries
• ½ cup water
• 1 cup sugar
✅Instructions
1️⃣ Rinse cranberries and discard any that are soft.
2️⃣ In a medium saucepan combine cranberries, water, and sugar. Stir to combine. Cover and cook over medium heat until mixture boils and cranberries start to pop.
3️⃣ Transfer mixture to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, or pulse to leave chunks.
4️⃣ Allow mixture to cool down before serving.

???? Cran-Orange Cranberry Sauce ????
Replace water with orange juice. Replace half of the sugar with brown sugar.
????️ Spicy Jalapeno Cranberry Sauce ????️
Replace water with orange juice. Once cranberries start to pop, add in 1 to 2 sliced jalapenos and let cook two minutes before proceeding with blending the sauce.
???? Cran-Apple Cranberry Sauce ????
Replace water with apple juice.
???? Pineapple Cranberry Sauce ????
Replace water with one 16-ounce can of pineapple chunks, undrained.
???? Red Wine Cranberry Sauce ????
Replace water with 1/2 cup red wine + 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
???? Spiced Cranberry Sauce ????
Replace the sugar with brown sugar and add in 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice, and 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves. For even more flavor, replace water with orange juice.
???? Orange Ginger Cranberry Sauce ????
Replace water with orange juice and add 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger in with sugar.
???? Chipotle Cranberry Sauce ????
Once cranberries start to pop, add in 1/2 to 1 chipotle in adobo sauce (not 1 whole can). Let cook 2 minutes before transferring to a blender.
