SLOW COOKER CRANBERRY DRUMSTICKS
5 lbs chicken drumsticks 1 tablespoon Season-All seasoned salt 1 can (14 oz) jellied cranberry sauce ½ cup orange juice ¼ cup Louisiana-style hot sauce 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon yellow mustard 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon water

Hello and Happy Holidays my Friends, welcome to my Southern Kitchen; hope all of you are doing well, staying safe and healthy!!
Today I am a simple Appetizer that would be awesome for your Holiday Parties and Dinners, Cranberry Meatballs!
Simple and easy frozen meatballs smothered in a flavorful 5 cranberry sauce cooked low and slow in the crockpot, everyone will love and enjoy this and these will run out in no time!

1 (12 oz, 2 pound) bag frozen meatballs, homestyle (original) or turkey 1 (14 oz) can jellied cranberry sauce 1 (12 oz) bottle chili sauce 1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice Zest of medium orange Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Line your crockpot with slow cooker liners (if desired) and add in the frozen meatballs and set aside. In a medium bowl, add the cranberry sauce and place it in the microwave for 45 seconds increments until slightly melts. In another bowl, add the chili sauce, brown sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and melted cranberry sauce; stir until well combined. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and stir until the meatballs are all coated. Cover the crockpot and set it to low and cook for 4 hours. Remove the meatballs from the crockpot and pour them into a bowl, sprinkle with fresh parsley on top (if desired), serve, and enjoy!

RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS: 24 oz. fresh cranberries (two 12 oz. packages) 13 oz. orange marmalade (I use Bonne Maman) ½ cup brown sugar (add at the end of the cooking time)
SLOW COOKER SIZE: 4-quart or larger
INSTRUCTIONS: Add the cranberries and orange marmalade to the slow cooker, stir to combine. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours. After the cooking time is up, stir and pop any un-popped cranberries with the back of a spoon. Add the sugar and stir. Tip: I used the cleaned out the jam jar to store the left over cranberry sauce.
