Crock Pot Meatballs with Creamy Mushroom Gravy
1 lb Ground Beef
½ lb Pork or Pork Sausage
2/3 cup Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Mushroom Gravy:
1 lb Mushrooms, sliced
½ cup Onion, Grated or Finely Diced
3 Tbsp Butter
2 tsp Garlic, Finely Diced
3 cups Beef Stock/Broth
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
3 Tbsp Corn Starch
½ cup Heavy Cream
Salt and Pepper to taste (I used about ¼ tsp)
Directions
1. Combine meatball ingredients. Mix until just combined. Can also use store-bought meatballs from the freezer section.
2. Form meat into meatballs, about 2 tbsp worth or golf ball size. I used a cookie scoop to make it easier.
3. Heat 3 tbsp oil in large skillet over medium/high heat on the stove. Fry meatballs until golden brown, flipping every 2 or 3 minutes until 2 or 3 sides are cooked. You’ll need to cook the meatballs in batches so you don’t overcrowd the pan. Place cooked meatballs in crockpot, turning on warm to keep warm while you cook remaining meatballs.
4. Drain excess grease from pan. Add butter to skillet and heat to medium/high heat. Fry mushrooms and onion until softened and mushrooms are golden brown, 3-4 minutes.
5. Pour in beef stock/broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and scrape the browned bits on the bottom of the pan. Those bits have a ton of flavor! Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Pour sauce over meatballs in the crock pot. Cook on high for 2-4 hours or low 4-6 hours.
7. Once cooked, remove meatballs from crock pot, leave the broth. Turn crock pot on high.
8. Whisk together heavy cream and cornstarch. It’ll be like a paste. Whisk in the cream into the hot broth. Stir until well combined. It should thicken within a couple of minutes.
9. Once gravy is thickened, add meatballs back to gravy and toss to coat.
10. Serve meatballs with mushroom gravy. Can serve over mashed potatoes, noodles, rice, or even on their own.

Crockpot Swedish Meatballs Simple and Easy Recipe
Some are losing their mind because I used the handle of the utensil I stirred with. It isn't that big of a deal as long as it gets stirred what does it matter... SMH ????♀️ It still turned out good no matter how it's stirred. Good grief.
Crockpot Swedish Meatballs:
I am not a chef just a home cook. I will be making simple and easy recipes.
I grew up on garden food and southern home cooking. I will be sharing some recipes that my Momma made and other family recipes and things I made for my family when my kids were growing up. I also look for new things to make from other channels and online sites and will make it and give it a try.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
If you have a YouTube channel and make any of my recipes especially those I say are family recipes I ask you to tell where you got the recipe from and not pass it off as your own. I always give shoutouts if I try a recipe from another YouTube channel..it is only right to do so.
I DO NOT SUB FOR A SUB SO DO NOT ASK. ANY COMMENTS LIKE THAT WILL BE DELETED AND BLOCKED.
