CRISPY WONTONS

2 tablespoons oil + for deep-frying
4-6 garlic cloves, chopped
2 spring onions, chopped
2 medium green capsicums, chopped
8-10 French beans, chopped
2 medium carrots, chopped
½ small cabbage, chopped
½ teaspoon white pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Method
1. To make the filling, heat two tablespoons of oil in a non-stick
wok or pan, add garlic and saute for half a minute. Add spring
onions, capsicums, French beans, carrots and cabbage and
continue to saute for a couple of minutes more, stirring and
tossing continuously.

ends and press lightly to stick together.

to three minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Drain on
absorbent paper.

Fried Wontons Recipe สูตรเกี๊ยวทอด | Thai Recipes
This fried wonton recipe makes the most munchy, addictive snacks that are perfect for a party. They're also really easy to make, especially if you've got people to help you wrap them! Hey, how about wonton wrapping party? This recipe is a classic street food you can find at many outdoor markets.
To dip, you can simply use the Thai sweet chili dipping sauce, but the one I recommend is a sweet, spicy, tart chili sauce that's simply made by combining the sweet chili sauce with sriracha. You might already have both in the fridge, which makes it easy, but if not, they're easy to buy or you can also make them using my recipes!
