Ingredients:-
Chicken
2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
1 tbsp thyme
Salt & pepper
Egg mix
1 no egg
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp curd
3 tsp refined flour
Crumbing
2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil, for frying
Ketchup, for serving
Method:-
Start by mixing the chicken pieces with thyme, salt and dijon mustard. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
In a bowl break an egg and add salt, pepper, yoghurt and mix it well. Then add refined flour and mix it again.
Add the marinated pieces of the chicken to this batter, cover the mixture and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
After that, cover the chicken pieces in breadcrumbs and let them rest in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the frozen chicken nuggets until crisp and golden brown or bake at 200 for 20-30 minutes.
Fry some parsley for garnishing and Crispy Chicken Nuggets is ready to serve!

A chicken nugget is a chicken product made from chicken meat that is breaded or battered, then deep-fried or baked. Invented in the 1950s, chicken nuggets have become a popular fast food restaurant item, as well as widely sold frozen for home use.
The chicken nugget was invented in the 1950s by Robert C. Baker, a food science professor at Cornell University, and published as unpatented academic work.This bite sized piece of chicken, coated in batter and then deep fried, was called the Chicken Crispie by Baker and his associates. Two problems the meat industry was facing at the time were being able to clump ground meat without a skin and producing a batter coating that could be both deep fried and frozen without becoming detached. Baker's innovations solved these problems and made it possible to form chicken nuggets in any shape by first coating the meat in vinegar, salt, grains, and milk powder to make it hold together and then using an egg and grain based batter that could be fried as well as frozen

CHICKEN NUGGETS

Ingredients
For Chicken Nugget
900 gms Chicken breast, cubes, चिकन
1 tsp Oil, तेल
Salt to taste, नमक स्वाद अनुसार
1 tsp Degi red chili powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
A pinch of asafoetida, हिंग
¼ tsp Black pepper powder, काली मिर्च पाउडर
2-3 no. Green chillies (less spicy & chopped) हरी मिर्च
1 inch Ginger (peeled & chopped) अदरक
1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिया पत्ता
2 tsp Mayonnaise, मेयोनेज़
2 medium Potatoes (boiled & grated) आलू
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
For Dip
½ cup Mayonnaise, मेयोनेज़
1 tsp Oregano, ओरिगैनो
1 tsp Chili flakes, चिली फलैक्स
½ tsp Lemon juice, नींबू का रस
1 no. Garlic clove, grated, लहसुन
1 ½ tbsp Tomato ketchup, टोमेटो केचप
For Salad
1 medium Tomato, sliced, टमाटर
1 medium Onion, sliced, प्याज
½ tsp Lemon juice, नींबू का रस
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
½ tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिया पत्ता
¼ tsp Black peppercorn, crushed, काली मिर्च के दाने
For Bread Crumbs
8-10 no. Bread slices, trimmed, ब्रेड स्लाइस
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 tsp Refined flour, मैदा
Other Ingredient
Oil, for frying, तेल
Prepared Bread crumbs (for coating) तैयार किया हुआ ब्रेड क्रम्ब्स
For Tossing
1 tsp Butter, cubed, मक्खन
2 no. Green chillies (less spicy, chopped) हरी मिर्च
1 tsp Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिया पत्ता
Prepared Nuggets, तैयार किया हुआ नगेट्स
3-4 no. Ladi pav, लादी पाव
For Burger Assembling
Tossed ladi pav, लादी पाव
Prepared Salad, तैयार किया हुआ सलाद
Mint chutney, पुदीने की चटनी
Tossed Nuggets, तैयार किया हुआ नगेट्स
Prepared Dip, तैयार किया हुआ डिप
Processed Cheese, grated, चीज़
For Garnish
Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता
Process
For Chicken Nugget
In a bowl, add chicken, oil, salt to taste, degi red chili powder, asafoetida, black pepper powder, green chilies, coriander leaves, mayonnaise and mix it well.
Transfer it to a grinder jar and grind it to a coarse mixture.
Add potatoes, salt to taste and make lemon sized balls.
Give it the desired shape and coat it with bread crumbs.
Heat the oil, place nuggets and fry until golden in color.
In a bowl, add nuggets, degi red chili powder and toss it well.
Transfer it to a serving dish, serve hot with prepared dip and prepared salad.
For Dip
In a bowl, add mayonnaise, oregano, chili flakes, lemon juice, garlic, tomato ketchup and mix it well.
Keep it aside for further use.
For Salad
In a bowl, add tomato, onion, lemon juice, salt to taste, coriander, black peppercorns and mix it well.
Keep it aside for further use.
For Bread Crumbs
In a grinder jar, add bread slice, salt to taste, refined flour and grind it into coarse crumbs.
Keep it aside for further use.
For Burger
In a pan, add butter, once it's melted, add green chilies, coriander leaves, chicken nuggets and toss it well. Transfer it to a bowl and keep it aside.
In the same pan, toss the ladi pav from both sides.
Take the tossed ladi pav, add prepared salad, mint chutney, tossed nuggets, prepared dip and grated cheese.
Serve hot with mint chutney.
