Ingredients
1/4 cup butter, plus more for dish
1 onion, chopped
1 (16 oz) container sour cream
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz) package cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend, shredded
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (30 oz) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups potato chips, crushed
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly butter a casserole dish.
2. In a small skillet, melt 1/4 cup of butter over medium heat. Add onion, and cook 3 to 4 minutes, or until soft. Pour mixture into a large bowl. Add the sour cream, cream of celery soup, cheese, garlic powder, hash browns, and salt and pepper. Combine until well blended.
3. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Top evenly with crushed potato chips and bake for 45 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
4. Serve and Enjoy!

CREAMY HASHBROWN CASSEROLE
1 package of hash browns frozen
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 container of sour cream
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup corn flakes or breadcrumbs
2 tbsp butter melted
Preheat oven to 350*.
Mix together the frozen hash browns, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom and bacon bits.
Prep a 9 x 13 baking dish cooking spray and cover with crushed cornflakes. Pour the melted butter over the top.
Leave uncovered and bake for 1 hour. Serve immediately.
**If making ahead of time, keep cornflakes on the side and refrigerate. Top with cornflakes and melted butter before baking.

1 1/2 cups whole milk
20 oz defrosted hash brown
1-2 tsp vegetable base
8 eggs
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 diced onion
1/2 diced green and red bell pepper
1 tbsp butter
4-6 strips thick cut bacon
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (garnish)
diced green onion or parsley for garnish
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes

30 oz bag of frozen shredded hashbrowns
10.5 oz can of condensed cream of chicken
8 oz sour cream
12 fl oz can of evaporated milk
1 large egg
6 Tbsp unsalted butter
8 oz Colby Jack cheese
1 tsp granulated onion powder
1 tsp granulated garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
9x13 baking dish
garnish with fresh chives and parsley

Hash Brown Casserole
30 ounce bag frozen, shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed, drained, and patted dry
1 stick butter
1 large onion, chopped fine
10.5 ounce can Cream of Chicken Soup
16 ounce sour cream
12 ounce block mild cheddar cheese, grated and divided
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
one sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed and mixed with 1 stick melted butter
Preheat oven to 350°.
Make sure the potatoes are well drained. In a large microwave safe bowl, cook the onions and butter on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until the butter is melted. Stir in soup, sour cream, most of the cheese, pepper, and salt. Fold in the potatoes.
Spoon into a 9 x 13” greased baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Top with crushed cracker crumbs/butter mixture. Bake 45 minutes or until bubbly.
