Easy and simple recipe - vegetables in white sauce. a creamy and cheesy dish that can be planned for dinner/breakfast and is low carb too.
the white sauce vegetable recipe is an easy dinner recipe made with white sauce and veggies. Watch the full video for how to make the best white sauce cheesy vegetables.
vegetables in white sauce recipe (Creamy and cheesy veggies)
Ingredients:
cauliflower flower - 1 flower
peas - 1/2 cup
1 tsp oil
1/2 onion chopped
1 garlic grated
1/2 no carrot finely chopped
4-5 mushrooms chopped
salt to taste
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup warm milk
1 bay leaf
2 no cloves
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
cook the cauliflower and peas in water until almost done.
drain the excess water.
heat oil and add chopped onions, grated garlic and fry for few seconds.
add carrots, mushrooms, and fry for few minutes.
lastly, add cauliflower, peas, salt, pepper, and mix everything together.
in another pan, let's make the white sauce.
melt butter, add flour, and cook until combined. make sure not to burn the flour
keep warm milk handy and add immediately once flour and butter is combined.
mix without lumps,
add bay leaf and cloves to it, and cook until creamy. add salt (optional)
pour the sauce into the vegetables and mix well.
lastly, add some mozzarella cheese and mix once.
transfer to a bowl and top it with chilli flakes, cheese and bake it for 5-10 minutes or until the top layer is slightly brown.
serve hot

Creamy Vegetable Casserole Recipe
An easy and delicious cheese vegetable casserole that everyone will love!
1 cauliflower
1 pepper
3 carrots
1 zucchini
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Roast vegetables for 15-20 minutes until tender.
Cream mixture:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup heavy cream
1 & 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
Italian parsley (optional)
Bake the vegetables mixed with the cream mixture for 15 more minutes or until golden on top.

Vegetable Casserole Recipe | How to make cheesy vegetable Bake – Recipe |
Baked vegetable casserole is a delicious combination of seasonal vegetables, white sauce with Italian mixed herbs, topped with cheese. This dish is delicious as well as appetizing. Serve baked vegetable casserole with roasted tomato soup, roasted pumpkin soup, garlic bread.
Ingredients:
Potato cut into cubes – 2 medium sized
Carrots sliced into roundels – 1 large
Cauliflower, cut into small florets – ½
Broccoli, small florets – 1 small
Mushroom (button) sliced – 100 grams (12 nos)
Onion roughly chopped – 1 medium sized
Garlic Chopped – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1.5 tbsp or to taste
Butter – 100 grams
Black pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Mixed Herbs – 1 tsp
Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
Cheese – 100 grams
Milk – 600 ml
Flour – 3-4 tbsp
Cinnamon – 1 inch stick
Cloves – 2
Olive Oil – 2 tsp
How to make:
1. Blanch vegetables with salt.
2. Add olive oil in a pan. Sauté onion and garlic. Then sauté button mushrooms for two minutes, set aside.
3. Heat butter in a pan. Add Cinnamon and cloves. Add corn flour, sauté, do not brown it. Pour milk, and whisk it. The mixture will thicken in a few minutes. Switch off the heat. The sauce should be of pouring consistency.
4. Take an oven proof casserole. Brush with olive oil. Arrange the vegetables in it. Pour the white sauce, sprinkle the peeper powder, salt, chili flakes, mixed herbs, cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 180° C.
5. Adjust the seasoning.
6. Serve vegetable casserole, soup & garlic bread for a wholesome lunch or dinner.
